Both of them were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality, positive attitude, and genuine care created a wonderful experience that truly reflects the high standards of Filli Café. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from the timely service to their welcoming smiles and great customer interaction. I had an amazing experience at Filli in Business Bay! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch. A special shoutout to Jyoti and Heshan — they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated the way they interacted with customers; warm, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was delicious — packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The Tea here is amazing and the wraps. Based on the quality and portion size offered the price is decent. Well trained and friendly staff. This branch need some improvements and not maintained up to standards. Overall it’s a place to have a cup of tea when you visit Dubai.

Really nice staff, welcoming and friendly. Loved the fries it was crispy and well prepared. Paratha rolls were good too. Cold Spanish latte was good too sugar was well balanced. Overall I enjoyed my lunch there with my friend.

Great experience! I had a cup of karak chai with vada pao and it was too good! The bun was soft and the taste was excellent! Nice helpful staff. I initially ordered chai with sugar but it was too sweet and the staff happily agreed to replace it with another cup which was indeed a nice gesture. The only thing I didn't like about the place was it's indoor dining capacity where only 6 people can sit and that too in a straight line. Outdoor dining option is available but the weather in Dubai does not allow you to sit outside especially in summers. Overall a great experience 👍🏻

Zafran tea is deliciously good. Very well made. The chicken bun was also very crunchy and tasty. Prices are subjective.

This is a small road side Cafe in Bay Avenue in Business Bay. The place specializes in Chai... For me the Masala Chai is out of this world... I had two and alao got a big pack to make at home. I loved it that much. The momos were good... Also the Desi noodles. It was so buttery just the way I like it. I will visit again...

Filli Cafe is specialized in Different type of Tea ☕ like Karak tea , Masala tea , zafran tea, khasmiri tea ,etc etc. They too have delicious food on menu 😋 like vada pav , samosa, dumplings, quesadillas, sandwich, rolls, burger 🍔 , ice cream 🍦, juice 🥤, coffee ☕ and many more . All have dishes are unique and tasty 😋. Must visit specifically for zaffran /saffron Tea.

مطعم هندي بطريقة راقية .. المكان الداخلي صغير جدأ والخارجي يصلح للشتاء فقط. جرب عندهم ساندويتشات الكيمه بالبراتا .. وكذلك سندوتشات الدجاج .. بصراحه اكلهم لذيذ.. الكرك عندهم ممتاز ولكن اطلبه بسكر اقل .. اسعارهم بالطبع اغلى من المطاعم الهندية التقليدية..

I had a disappointing experience at Filli in Dubai. The tea was served from a steel pot, and it was old with a very unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and to make matters worse, the staff were handling food without gloves. I would definitely not recommend stopping here for tea—it's a waste of both time and money.

Filli has always been famous for its type of tea and coffees. They serve best coffee and tea ranges from all around the Asia and Arab region. Specially their ZAFRANI TEA which is a must to taste. This time tried their Dynamite Parotha, Chicken Club Sandwich and Kids Meal. Everything was perfect as per the regional taste and food type. Filli has surely grown and gone in a good direction with adding more food ranges to its menu. They are not only a cafe now, it surely has the quality of resturants as well.

More than just its location, I find myself drawn to this spot because of its vibrant and buzzing atmosphere, complete with a cozy sit-down area that makes it a perfect setting to unwind. It's a staple in my routine every time I'm in town, a must-visit spot to get my fix of a truly Indian cup of tea. I particularly favor their Zafrani tea, always requesting it with less sugar to savor the rich flavors. It's not just a café; it's a little slice of home that I look forward to during my travels.

The Filli Zafran Tea is something I never thought would be so good and full of saffron flavour. Paneer kathi rolls, bun kebab, burger and foodles were also good.

Fantastic experience at the most delicious tea in Dubai with Zafaran flavour and tastely Indian breakfast with Mushrooms and veg. The place is super in everything and highly recommended having such experience while you are in Dubai

Very good cafe to hang out for while, taste is good. Atmosphere is really cool. Service is also upto the mark. Semen, the service boy, is also very helpful.

Very pleasant place to sit and had Tea. I love their Karak Tea but it has a little much sugar, which should be reduced.

Amazing Karak, Amazing Food, Consistently Always Amazing. There's not much more to say that hasn't already been said. Reasonably priced Karak and food. Great samosas and drinks. This venue has an amazing outdoor seating area and with their menu items constantly being updated you'll never get bored. Highly recommended!
