Unprofessional and misleading experience I approached Firefly Print for high-grip, laminated, waterproof and alcohol-proof stickers suitable for perfume products. They recommended metallic/plastic stickers, assuring good quality. Unfortunately, the print was damaged as soon as perfume was applied, which clearly means the sticker is not alcohol-proof. Pricing was also not transparent. I paid ₹590 for 5 sheets, and only after payment was I informed about additional design charges. A bill of ₹700 was later shared for basic design work, and even after negotiation I had to pay ₹400, which is still overpriced for minimal changes. Moreover, I received only 4 sheets instead of the 5 sheets paid for. Overall, this experience showed poor quality, hidden charges, and careless delivery. I would advise others to confirm everything in writing before proceeding. Updated Review – Issue Resolved Professionally I would like to update my earlier experience with Firefly Print. While there were initial issues regarding sticker quality, clarity on charges, and sheet count, I appreciate the way the team responded after I shared my concerns. Firefly Print acknowledged the problem and took responsibility. They have assured me of providing proper laminated metallic stickers suitable for perfume use, which shows their willingness to correct mistakes and maintain customer satisfaction. Their approach after the feedback was professional, responsive, and solution-oriented. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. I appreciate that Firefly Print reached out and worked towards resolving the issue instead of ignoring it. This shows good customer service and intent to improve. I got ID cards for my office printed from firefly. The service is really good and they patiently hear our requirements and provide the products accordingly.

Very disappointing experience. I visited Firefly to get some certificates printed, but the staff was not even willing to show me a sample of their work without charging for it. I expected at least a basic preview before proceeding with a bulk order — especially when print quality matters. They asked for payment even just to see the output, which raises questions about their confidence in their own quality. I’m ready to pay whatever the charges are — but only when the quality is good. Unfortunately, their service lacked transparency and customer support. I cannot recommend them based on this experience. Be careful, when you are opting this particular Firm.

Customer relationship is superb.The creative work is awesome. The rate of work is reasonable. I always prefer firefly for posters, memento and flex printing works.Really pleased with their customer relationship. Thank you firefly.
