Subject: Complaint against Paldi Outlet for misleading pricing and discount Dear Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your Paldi outlet. On 13/02/2025, I visited the outlet to purchase a product, but was shocked to discover that the staff was trying to cheat me by misleading me about the price and discount. Initially, they quoted a price of ₹2,800 after discount. However, when I checked the price online, I found that the actual price was ₹1,711. When I confronted the staff, they revised the price to ₹1,890, claiming it was the "best deal" they could offer. I am appalled by this blatant attempt to deceive customers. If I hadn't checked the price online, I would have ended up paying an unfair price. This is unacceptable and erodes trust in your I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation.
