Five Gym, Block 12

Really nice gym that is close to my home but the prices are unbelievable! The problem is they'd attract more customers if they had better prices! It saddens me really because I love this gym. 1 month price is 30 KD 2 month price is 50 KD That's it. The gym doesnt offer any other subscription (unless its special discount thats pops up randomly here and there)

الجيم بشكل عام جيد بس في ملاحظات كثيرة عليه 1- المساحة لا يوجد مساحة شخصية ابدا لتبدء تمرين صحيح 2- المدربين لا استطيع التحدث اليه دائم يكونو في الغرفة الخاصة لهم ولا يخرجون و اذا خرجو و قمت بتكلم مع احد المدربين يقوم بتصريفك الى اي جهاز اخر 3- التعامل السيئ من الموظفين بشكل تام 4- عدم اهتمام المالك ( الادارة ) في اختيار ما يناسب الجيم 5- تحكم العاملين بكل شي تقريبا مثل الساونا 6- عدم الاهتمام ب حمام السباحة بشكل مبالغ فيه اهم نقطة هي درجة حرارة المياه اذ انها في الشتاء تكون معتدلة لاكن بصيف تكون باردة بشكل مبالغ فيه و لا تستطيع الدخول اليه

30 دينار للشهر الواحد هو سعر مبالغ فيه جدا مقارنة بالخدمات التي يقدمها

1 month 30 KD, 2 months 50 KD. Including boxing, swimming, and a cardio area. This gym is very clean, and the machines are probably the latest ones, not sure, but they're in very good condition. There are 3 trainers in total. One Sri Lankan, who speaks only English and Lankan language. One is an Arab trainer who only speaks Arabic. And one coach trains boxing. Who speaks Arabic, Persian and English. Good for teens and adults. All men gym. Very good. Highly recommend it.

حالياً في بعض المشاكل بالنادي، مثل عدم توفر المسبح وما أعرف شنو السبب، بالإضافة إلى أن أغلب الأجهزة خربانة وتحتاج تجديد. ما في صناديق صغيرة لحفظ الأغراض. وأشوف إن السعر المفروض يكون بين ١٥ إلى ٢٠ دينار بالشهر، مو ٣٠ دينار

Believe me this is the worst gym anyone may ever go to.. the gym name is Five gym, there is another gym with the same name I asked to move for personal reason but they said its the same company but different policies!! This is the first thing non professional for any company.. you should at least change the name for maybe “sixth gym” so you don’t have this issue with your costumers! And don’t tell me I’m the only one mentioning this.. I’m speaking professional. Second, I saw someone training legs bare foot, meanwhile they saw me in a slipper with high socks and you can see the olympians training with high socks!! And they didn’t let me workout while I have only this one hour in my busy day. This is the most thing that ruins my day and I feel that I don’t want to go back to this gym because anyone go to the gym to release stress, free his mind and have the best time of mental health before body health, and not feeling uncomfortable! Third, the coach in the gym is so sleepy, non motivated, he doesn’t even smile or speak to you. No music in the gym. I paid 60 KD for three months I trained only 3 days and I’m thinking for not going back to the gym. It’s gonna be the most useless money I ever paid for.

Spacious enough, they have a small swimming pool which is accessible from 2pm to 12 am. A lot of old school equipments. Over all good for people near by. 1 month Kd 25 2 month Kd 45 3 month Kd 60

Great gym, 24 hours except Friday from 3 AM till After prayer, everything works great with no complaints after a month subscription

جم ليس سيء و لكن يحتاج لقليل من الا هتمام من المالك في اعطال المكان و لا يوجد عروض في الاشتراكات

Absolutely nice gym

مكان مايعجبني و تعامل سيء جدا جدا جدا جدا انصح لا تروحوله

جميل وهاديء وبه حمام سباحة ومعظم الاجهزة الرياضية

It is ok the machines are crowded no place between them It is clean and new
