Five Gym

The gym is really nice I have nothing bad to say. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. However, I’m considering switching to another gym because of the receptionist. The slimmer receptionist is very kind, but the other one is extremely rude. He’s always on his phone, and when you ask something, he responds in a rude manner.I hope you can resolve this issue, or you may lose a lot of clients.

The gym overall is great no complaints about the gym itself and the environment but the receptionist is very rude and has overall bad energy i am very triggered by him... im not coming for free for him to show me his attitude... he is desi nationality he's there at 6pm time.. no customer service at all... ruins my workout mood..

Recently renovated with several new machines set up and installed in place. Decent weight lifting gym with great value for money.

Coming here at non-peak hours between 2pm til 4pm. Among the cheapest gym for women I found in Salmiya. Decent place but don't expect any luxury here.

The women section has a different and narrow entry, which can be missed if u dont spot the tiny entrance door. The front desk is not very friendly. They really dont wish to talk. Gym fees are reasonable ( check offers). Inside gym is very limited. No enough space...and peak hours you tend to bump into others while doing exercise...which is awkward. There are zumba classes and crossfit held in the middle of the gym. No dedicated space for classes. The indian gym instructor is approachable and helps out when asked. Its okay gym. Nothing fancy. Friday closed. Open at 9am weekeday till 10.30 pm. Can be a disadvantage for early birds. No music unless classes going on. Ramadan time no music at all.

Gym overall is great , good value for money , they maintain their equipments and they even make sure that the equipments are clean and tidy, The above was 2 years ago, i have decided to discontinue this gym as they do not have yearly offer anymore. They charge 50kwd for 2 months which is 300 kwd for one year. so i have decided to join a gym which has a year offer... I hope five gym brings in the yearly offer of 160 kwd... i have a group of 6 guys and we all would join if that offer comes back. Do notify me, Thank you

Lots of good machines that targets almost all angles in different muscles The price is very acceptable for the service you get One month 30kd 2 months 50kd

انا دفعت قبل شهر والجيم مسكر ولا احد يرد في المبايل واستعملت الجيم مرة وحدة وقالت الي الي تشتغل بالريسيبشن تدرون لي الفاتورة فالواتس ولا اكأني موجودة ودافعة ثلاث اشهر انا ابي حقي يرجعني لي كاملgym zéro they lied to me I pay 3 month I went 1 day after that they told me they will send me my payments on Whatsap nothing and they didn’t inform me that they will renew at least informed your people it’s not good way to take money I want my money back

متوسط المستوي بصفه عامه ولكن المكان مساحته تعتبر صغيره و لا يوجد حمام سباحه او جاكوزي وليس لدي عروض في الاشتراكات وهناك اختيارات افضل بنفس مستوي الاشتراك و لكن اعلي بمستوي الخدمة

Facilities of this gym are all new. Clean surrounding. Very qccomodating gym attendant and trainer. Sauna, bathrooms and toilets are so neat. All are secured because every corner of the premises has cctv installed on it. Well-conditioned room, right temperature. If u dont feel to leave ur valuable somewhere u can hve a locker for 2KD monthly. Then 5KD for insurance in case of any loss. The cheapest gym so far yet i guarranty the experience.

The gym itself was excellent but the front desk is so rude. How many times she shouting when i turn on the music. She told me that its not allowed. How come in the gym that the music is not allowed. Smh! Coz maybe she’s talking on the phone in an hour. And she told us that in ramadan is 11am to 6pm and now we are here in front of the gym and it’s close. Waste of time!!! Bad service!

I have a seen this gym well maintained a gym and good equipments in their so looking forward to move here to do gym so can I know the monthly price in this gym
