من مشکل قلبی دارم.چند روزی در این هتل در اتاق 5104 اقامت داشتم.متاسفانه داروهایم رو در اتاق جا گذاشتم.چندین مرتبه تماس گرفتیم و دو بار هم حضوری به آنجا رفتیم.ابتدا گفتند جعبه داروهایم آنجاست ولی وقتی رسیدیم آنجا گفتند نیست.هیچ کس همکاری نکرد.من مطمئن بودم که داروهایم آنجاست.واقعا رزروشن های کودن و احمق که هیچ بویی از انسانیت نبردند ،متاسفانه اکنون حالم خوب نیست و تمام داروخانه ها رو دنبال داروهام میگردم.و این هتل بدترین خاطره تعطیلات من رو رقم زد.توصیه اکید دارم که به این هتل نروید

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the facilities were great, and everything was very comfortable throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Rajesh and Suman Rana, who took care of my room. They did an amazing job keeping everything perfectly clean and organized, and they were always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really made my stay even better. Thank you both for your hard work and outstanding service. You truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel!

We honestly had such an amazing stay at FIVE LUXE. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The atmosphere, the design, the energy — it all came together perfectly and made our stay special from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. You can tell that real attention is given to every detail. Our suite room was wow, wow and wow — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It truly elevated the entire experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and at no point did we feel like “just another room” — we genuinely felt taken care of. The pool area is stunning, with very comfortable beds and a great atmosphere. The beach is just as impressive — open, spacious, relaxing, and supported by excellent service throughout. A very special thank you to Omar and Figo for the amazing attitude and genuine hospitality. You are truly good people, and without a doubt, you gave us even more reasons to come back to this hotel. We had a wonderful dining experience at Five Luxe JBR. The food was absolutely amazing — especially the chicken BBQ pizza, sushi, and pasta which were all delicious and full of flavour. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. Rachana and Jobein were superb and very attentive in all our needs. A truly unique experience!! We went to Ronin Restaurant for lunch on Saturday with my boyfriend and absolutely loved it! From the moment you walk in, you’re immersed in an incredible atmosphere. The place is beautifully decorated, and there’s even a gong at the entrance that they ring when you arrive, which makes it feel really special. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We loved the food🤤we got to try a wide variety of dishes and everything was absolutely delicious. Our favorite dish was the udon🍜 The way the sushi is served and presented deserves a special mention: simply spectacular✨ We loved absolutely everything. It was truly a fun and memorable experience, and we will definitely be coming back!!!

From the second you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm gong welcome that sets the tone for a special night. The atmosphere is breathtaking—the decor is stylish and inspired by Japanese art, but it still manages to feel so cozy and relaxing. Whether you sit inside under the red lanterns or on the terrace with views of Ain Dubai, the vibe is 100/10. The food was just as amazing. Everything I tried was fresh and packed with flavor plus I’m speechless with the presentation. I tried their PAPER LANTERN GHOST, EBI PRAWN, YAKITORI, YAKI NIKU, GRILLED VEGETABLES & ofc JAPANESE DONUT✨ Every dish felt like a masterpiece. Finally, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making sure every detail was exactly right. Special thanks to Ms. HSU for a perfect service ! I really appreciate. Amazing hotel experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They handled my luggage and even my car with great care, which really gave a strong first impression. I was offered water at reception, and the check-in process was very smooth and quick. A special thanks to TAREK at reception—he was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He made the whole check-in process easy and enjoyable, and even took the time to explain everything about the hotel in detail and showed me around. The room with the private pool was absolutely beautiful—very clean, well organized, and designed perfectly. I really appreciated the small details like glass water bottles instead of plastic. The facilities were top-tier, especially the gym with advanced machines, the indoor pool, and the sauna. The outdoor pool with the sea view was one of the highlights. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the service was just as good as everything else. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We had a great stay at Five Luxe - the rooms were spacious and clean, we dined at Ronin and every dish was excellent. Checkin and checkout process seemed to take quite long, however, Nasir assisted us and was very efficient and helpful with our checkout. We will definitely be back.
