هتل بسیار شیک و مجللی هست. اولین مشکل در بدو ورود ما خود را نشان داد: ما برای چک این باید در صف می ایستادیم. تا به حال هیچ هتلی را ندیده بودم که برای چک این نیاز به در صف ایستادن باشد. به نظر من لازم است که تعداد کارمندان پذیرش را افزایش دهند. این هتل دو استخر دارد که یکی استخر معمولی است و در کنار آن و طبقهٔ بالای آن تخت هایی با سایبان جهت استراحت و آفتاب گرفتن تعبیه شده و دیگری استخر جکوزی است که آب گرم دارد. ساحل این هتل اختصاصی بوده و علاوه بر شنا میتوانید آفتاب گرفته و نوشیدنی سفارش دهید. این هتل از رستوران ها و نایت کلاب های متعددی برخوردار است و میتوانید غذا را در اتاق هم سفارش دهید. طبیعتا قیمت غذا از رستوران های بیرون خیلی بیشتر است. پارکینگ هتل رایگان بوده و به این شکل است که کارمندان هتل، ماشین شما را به پارکینگ برده و خودشان هم به شما تحویل میدهند و شما اجازهٔ دسترسی مستقیم به پارکینگ را ندارید. تاکسی هم همیشه جلوی هتل موجود است. دسترسی به مونوریل هم امکان پذیر است و نزدیک ترین ایستگاه مونوریل از هتل حدود ۱۵ دقیقه فاصله دارد. با مونوریل میتوانید به تراموای دبی و با تراموا به مترو دسترسی یابید. نزدیک ترین رستوران ها به هتل در مجتمع تجاری پارک اتحاد قرار دارند که میتوانید در آنجا به رستوران های با قیمت مناسب دست یابید.

I stayed at FIVE Palm Jumeirah and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is top-tier, every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, from the elevator team to the front-of-house staff. The cleaning crew was honestly the best I’ve ever seen. My room was spotless every single day, and they even folded my clothes, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Their attention to detail really made my stay feel next-level. The beach club, Beach by FIVE, was just as impressive. It’s one of the most chill and enjoyable beach clubs in Dubai, with great house music, delicious food, and the best view of JBR from the Palm, the sunset is unbeatable. Service was exceptional thanks to Evans and Chembe, who took incredible care of me throughout my time there. They checked on me constantly, made sure I had everything I needed, and delivered amazing service with a genuinely positive attitude. Up front, Benson from security was very kind and made sure my belongings stayed safe, and Kingsley at the hotel entrance was just as welcoming and helpful. Overall, FIVE Palm Jumeirah delivers on every level, outstanding hotel, amazing beach club, and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

FIVE Palm Jumeirah is on another level! The party mood at this hotel is absolutely incredible — such an energetic and vibrant vibe all day and night. At the same time, the service is top-notch. The reception team was extremely helpful, polite, and perfectly coordinated. Everything was smooth and well managed. Really hats off to the entire team for creating such an amazing experience. Great gym, great facilities, great atmosphere had a blast heading down there on the weekends! The turnaround this gym has had is world class! Classes are well structured for whichever level your fitness is at, the instructors read the room well, and ensure you’ve had a great time most importantly! Big shout out to Athena, Mazen and Ross for their efforts, will be coming back 💪🏼

Love this place! The pool area has such a fun, party vibe, and the music is always good. The food and drinks are tasty and they come fast. Staff are also friendly and very attentive. One of our go-to spots for a daytime hangout and soaking up sun!

I had the best time at this beach club! The atmosphere is incredible — a perfect mix of chill vibes during the day and amazing parties. The pool area is beautiful and super clean, ideal for relaxing with a cocktail in hand. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make sure you’re having a great time.
