Bewertung: Five Palm Jumeirah – Apartment, 4. Etage, Zimmer 40401 Das Apartment weist erhebliche Mängel auf, die sowohl den Wohnkomfort als auch die Sicherheit der Gäste betreffen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist der Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Positiv zu erwähnen sind lediglich der gute Grundriss (4 Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern) sowie die Aussicht. Diese Punkte können jedoch die gravierenden Defizite nicht ausgleichen. Festgestellte Mängel: • Küche: Deutlich abgenutzt; Schubladenfronten lösen sich und fallen heraus → mangelhafter Wartungszustand • Badezimmer: Badewanne funktionsuntüchtig, Wasser läuft nicht ab • Sauberkeit: Der Boden in der gesamten Wohnung war extrem verschmutzt, was auf unzureichende Reinigung hindeutet • Terrasse: • Seitlich abfallende Poolkacheln → konkrete Verletzungsgefahr • Liege stark durchgelegen und nicht nutzbar schmutzig • Esstisch ungepflegt • Glaswand auf einer Seite locker befestigt → erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko / potenzielle Lebensgefahr Besonders kritisch ist, dass sicherheitsrelevante Mängel offensichtlich nicht behoben wurden, obwohl diese bei einer ordnungsgemäßen Wartung sofort hätten auffallen müssen. Dass ein Apartment in diesem Zustand an zahlende Gäste übergeben wird, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht weder der Beschreibung noch dem Preisniveau eines angeblichen Luxushotels. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist deutlich verfehlt. Fazit: Schwere Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsmängel. Aus objektiver Sicht maximal 2 Sterne.

Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht – echt dreckig und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Der Service von Rezeption, Putzkräften und Host war total mangelhaft, und bei Problemen gab es keine Hilfe oder Unterstützung vom Personal. Küchengeräte funktionierten kaum oder gar nicht, sodass selbst zubereitetes Essen nicht möglich war. Insgesamt rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Absolutely not worth the money – a complete nightmare for families or anyone expecting basic standards. We stayed in this apartment for a week and paid nearly €7,000, expecting a premium experience. What we got was a rundown, poorly maintained place that was a health hazard – especially for children. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition: • Dirty bathrooms with mold • Loose and broken toilet seats • A ceiling falling apart • Stained furniture • Dirty balcony and glass panels • No proper cleaning done beforehand • Dangerous: Live wires sticking out from the mirror – a potential death trap for kids • Washing machine not working • No space for shoes or jackets • Old, unhygienic bed headboards • No locking mechanism on the main door We gave the management plenty of time and chances to fix things. Workers came, but most of the issues remained unresolved. We had to call again and again – often with no results. Sometimes we waited days and still got no help. The only thing they consistently offered was “sending someone” without actual solutions. This is not a place for families, or frankly, for any adult who expects basic cleanliness and safety. On top of that: From Thursday to Sunday, there is loud music and partying until late at night, and the main pools are filled with drunk people and booming club beats. Definitely not what you’d want on a relaxing vacation. We strongly recommend avoiding this place. You’ll regret spending your money here.

staying at 30306 - 1. No cups to have coffee / tea 2. beds are stained and look like they are ancient 3. old toilet in master bedroom (no handshower) 4. horrible dining chairs 5. below average furniture 6. toaster isnt working its broken just lying in the cupboard 7. everything from pans to cutlery needed to be washed again by us. would not recommend for the price we are paying!!

Beautiful stay experience! Amazing property with parties happening 24*7. Bit expensive but worth the stay!

Shameful to sell accommodation at 3800 euros for 6 nights with a filthy and dirty tel room !!!! We contacted them and sent the photos, they replied that no refund was possible and that it was not possible to change our room. Really a scam!!!

This apartment should absolutely not be available for rent. It has serious mold problems and is completely unhygienic. The walls and ceiling show clear water damage, and the smell inside is terrible. It’s unacceptable that such a place is offered to guests. I strongly advise everyone not to book this apartment.

Убитые апартаменты. Все старое, потертое. Не работает микроволновка и телевизор. Удивительно за 1000 долларов за ночь получать такое качество.

اسوء تجربة سكن، (الشقق يتم تشغيلها عن طريق متعهد وليس عن طريق الفندق) يبذلون جهدهم لمصادرة التأمين. لا تعتقد بأن التأمين بيرجع لك بسهولة. لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف ضمن الحجز واذا اردت الخدمة لازم تحجز وحسب الامكانية والتوفر و ب٧٠٠ درهم!!. كان فيه تهريب مياه في المطبخ والستائر فيها خلل، مرتين استقبلت عمالة للتصليح. الخدمة بشكل عام سيئة لا يوجد مفارش اضافية واقل الطلبات مثل مياه الشرب غير متوفرة. أشعر بأن متعهد التأجير يمارس نوع من الاحتيال على النزلاء. اسم المتعهد (Ment stay)

Absolutně nedoporučuji nevrací depozit ve výšce 1500 aed / neodpovídají, nereágují komplet je to otřesné jednání, prosím tomuto místu se vyhněte s velkým vykřičníkem , jedním slovem katastrofa .. A apartmán v dezolátním stavu totálně

HE RETURED ONLY 1000 DIRHAM AND SAID 500 DIRHAM IS LATE CHECKOUT FEE , WE CHECKOUT AT 1PM AND HE WASN'T MSG OR EMAIL US ANYTHING ABOUT LATE CHECKOUT CHARGES. .... HE IS FRAUD. FIVE PALM SOUTH RESIDENCE: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The management lacked basic customer service. NO wash clothes or hand towels provide. we had to ask for wash clothes and hand towels and was told they didn't have any. Also had to ask for more TOILET PAPER only to have two rolls of PAPER TOWEL left at our door. RUSTY trash cans in bathroom, no trash bags. Could NOT plug hair dryer in bathroom outlets, complained and never got any assistance from management staff. DIRTY and STAINED living room and patio furnitures. DIRTY and STAINED DRAPES in living room and bedrooms. Glass doors very difficult to open and close; glass was dirty. Laundry room full or trash boxes, crack in flooring. Bathroom sinks had MOLD underneath the sink rims; NASTY DIRTY. DO NOT STAY or BOOK with this management company. They lack basic customer service, they are not readily accessible, you have to call them repeatedly or send them messages. WORST experience our family has ever encountered.

The worst services ever that you can imagine! Nothing working in rooms, TV , jacuzzi, lights and refrigerator. The music system is awfully bad. They don’t allow you to smoke inside apartment. And if you do clean it well cuz they charge you. Dont take pictures in lobby otherwise you will face many bodyguards to checking your videos. I reserved 3 bedroom but never worth it. Its scam guys. Be careful.

I got bad experience one your security of entrance are time 6.23.pm I am staying south residents he didn’t allow the way because my leg have problem I want to go near lobby but he pulled me taxi area if the way not allowed just he should listen my request his behavior like rood
