Gym surrounding is good to see even the staffs and reception are good and respectful only need to maintain the equipment properly other than everything is great

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the manager, Shakeer, lacks customer service skills. He is unresponsive to complaints or questions, comes across as rude, and appears unwilling to cooperate or even listen and try to help or give a solution

One of the few gyms in Dubai which allows you to bring your own trainer, no unnecessary complications. The place is clean at all times and the staff are friendly. I just renewed my membership, special thanks to Nazia from reception team for helping me complete the process easily.

As we all know entering a gym for the first time can be quite daunting but I was greeted at the front desk by a lady called Maria. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She made me feel welcome and provided me with all the details that I needed (and more). She is a great asset to your business!

Good equipment's, spacious , well located in Al Barsha with ample parking spaces. The front office staff especially Maria is cheerful , follows up proactively on subscriptions and upon missing days . I am happy that I found a positive minded place to recover my health

For the past 24 days that I spent in this place is so amazing, I just love the welcoming nature of the receptionists, the Coahs and trainers. The gym is well equipped with all the necessary machines and they are well kept.

Wow! Moved from Canada so I’m used to proper gyms. This gym is actually insane, the machinery, the space and it’s reasonably priced! Very impressed. Pictures do not do it justice.

The name of the gym is 5 star gym but I give this gym a rate of 1 star because of his manager He don’t know the rules of dealing with trainers And I advice all trainers to find another place

Not crowded,they have new equipments, They have also good size ring for boxing

The place is good, but overcrowded most of the time, the nice thing is that it opens 24 hours, but the staff are not all cooperative, some only, the place lacks more lockers, there is no place to put personal items in the bathroom, and the bathroom is relatively small, but in the end the gym suffices.
