Ps. The gym does not open at 6. I have adressed this issue to the staff. She did not care. And did not change it on google maps. As I had already paid, my satisfaction was of no interest. Customer satisfaction is not valued nor sought. We complain about some things, like the a.c. but it doesn't change. A.c has been broken since October. They "fixed" in 2 areas only, but still hot. The gym is vertical, with only two elevators. Stairways are available but you'd have to go 3 to 4 floors to move from entrance to the gym. Elevators are crowded in some times, in summer, you can wait 10 minutes and they could still skip you. There are cliques in the gym, prepare for exclusion and random hate and stares. When they don't like you. They will harass you every single day, and in classes or the swimming pool. Water suppliers taste metalic. Instructors change all the time, some of them are great but they don't last. Classes are great. Schedule not always. They can pack 4 classes of the a single workout type in one day, so you get four classes of dancing from 4 till 8. Or 3 cardio classes after another, not offering a choice to attending two classes like strength and stretching. Coaches are great and supportive, the administration, not so much. They could straight up not care. Classes can be cancelled randomly, and Schedule changed without prior notice. Free weights area is super hot (no a.c) and very small. Machines are limited, 1 each type. And it gets crowded. And no designated parking space. Valet is available, but in croded times, they won't be around. Gym members complain and only stay because it's close to their home. النادي ما يبطل الساعة ٦. كلمتهم لأني كنت مسجلة فيه على هالأساس. ما اهتموا ولا راضين يغيرونه. الإدارة تهتم بالفلوس أكثر من راحة الزبون. ماكو تكييف. النادي حيييل حر. غرف التبديل و أماكن الرياضة. النادي بالطول و فرق ٤ إلى ٦ أدوار بالدرج. و مصعدين فقط و زحمة. مافي مصافط خاصة بالنادي. فيه فاليه بس مرات من الزحمة ما تحصله. بردات الماي طعمها معدني و ما ينشرب. اللوكر عادي يتبطل لأنه لوكراتهم تعلق و ينادون العاملة تبطل لهم، فالوضع تستودعين الله. الكلاسات عادي تتكاسل أو يغيرون بالجدول بدون لا يعطون خبر. النادي في أحزاب و عادي الناس تطلع إشاعات و النادي كله ما يعبرج و يخزون وين ما رحتي. و عادي يقعدون ورا بكل كلاسات و إذا جدامج عينهم عليج ٤٥ دقيقة. مساحة الفري واتس(تشتغل بروحج) ضيقة و تتسع ل ٦ إلى ٧ أشخاص و هم ماكو تهوية. و الأجهزة كل واحد منه واحد. فعادي تنطرين.

خدمة عملاء سيئة ومنفرة! ثالث أو رابع مرة أشترك وكل مرة أشترك بس شهر واحد عشان حمام السباحة.. هالمرة قلت بجرب جهاز الـrowing بس عقب ما دفعت رحت حق الطابق اللي فيه الجهاز چان يقولون لي أن الـrowing machine حاطينه مع كلاس الـ CrossFit وإذا بتستخدمينه لازم تدفعين 25 دينار للشهر (غير اشتراكي 🙃)!! ولما حسيت إني تعبانة وقلت لهم بسوي freeze يومين قالولي أن العرض اللي مسجلة فيه ما يشمل freezing مع أن هالشي مو ذاكرينه لي لا بالفاتورة ولا لما اشتركت!! وقالولي بكل وقاحة إذا تبين تسوين freeze لمدة 7 أيام لازم تدفعين 7 دنانير!! 🌚🌚🌚 من كثر ما غثوني لاعت چبدي وما رحت آخر چم يوم من الاشتراك! الله لا يوفقهم وإنشالله ناديهم المعفن يسكّر عن قريب.

The cardio equipment are nice. Younger crowed upstairs, older generation at the pool. Classes are ok. But the building itself is kind of old and needs maintenance. Good value for money.

وايد حلو النادي تقريبآ سعره مناسب لثلاث شهور بس أفضل تيوون مبجر لان مافي مواقف وشوي زحمة

Really nice gym with lots of different classes and a decent swimming pool. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the lift which takes forever and there are no stairs for public use for all floors.

مدخلين عمال النادي و مو منبهين الكل و للأسف في بنات متحجبات انصدمو لما شافوهم و لما راحو اشتكو ما اعتذرو They made male construction workers enter the gym and didn’t notify all the women there. When we tried to complain they didn’t apologize

That is an amazing gym. However I give it 4 stars. + Clean and fresh odours everywhere + Friendly stuff + New building including new equipment + Plenty of group classes + Not crowded + Big cardio area + Huge lounge area with many lockers and spatious changing rooms equivalent to the sizes of those in a shop + Spatious bathrooms equiped with everything in basement + bathroom at every floor + Clean bathrooms ..... - no built parking, but there is a parking area on sand which is always full of trash - lounge area bigger than weights area - not so many machines for legs, there are more for upper body - no racks and chairs for bench pressing, the option in Smith - no classic leg press machine with plates - no big variety of dumbbells other 10 kg - in general limited options for free weights exercices - not suitable for more advance bodybuilding

Spacious lockers and changerooms, big swimming pool, a variety of classes, but very small area for upper/lower body machines, more cardio machines, and limited time to use CrossFit area for yourself (can only be used when there's no classes, other times it's locked and you need to go down stairs to sign and get the key) You'd be lucky if you found parking in the first place

زحمه حيل داخل النادي ومافي عدد معين للمشتركين ومازالو يستقبلون مشتركين إلى مالانهايه😱 وزحمه حيل بالمسبح وبالكلاسات وعلى الاجهزه والحمامات كتمه حيل مافيها تهويه أو شفاط هواء ومافي مواقف🥺

مكان رائع للرياضه والسباحه واليوغا والعنايه بالبشره وموقع ممتاز عند عياده الميدان ينقصه مظلات مظلله
