اسوء تعامل و اسوء شغل و خاصتاً خالد تعامله غير لائق مهنياً و يجب على المسؤولين في المحل اتخاذ الاجراء المناسب تجاهه لا يجيد التعامل مع الزبائن و عندما ابلغته عن خطاً فالعمل بدا باسلوب هجومي (خذ فلوسك و توكل على الله) و رفض اكمال الشغل و اتمامه على افضل شكل. اذا ما تبا تشتغل اقعد فبيتكم ولا تطلع نفسيتك على الزباين.

The service and work quality were terrible, especially from Khalid — his behavior was completely unprofessional. The management should take proper action against him. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers, and when I pointed out a mistake in the work, he reacted aggressively, saying “Take your money and leave.” He refused to complete the job properly. If he doesn’t want to work, he should stay home instead of taking out his bad attitude on customers.

Its the best flower shop in dibba, the staff was soo nice, 1 guy from Philippine (i forgot the name, start with letter D) was so kind, he got me the flowers that i wanted, cuz I was looking for fake flower to all the shops, and no one could give me the exact thing I want, then I found it here. Thanks a lot guys, you are amazing

I had one of the worst experiences here. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the overall quality of work was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked proper customer service training. They seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. When I pointed out an issue with the work, instead of handling it politely and professionally, they responded with a rude and defensive attitude. Rather than fixing the problem or offering a proper solution, they dismissed my concerns completely and refused to complete the job as promised. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of respect for customers and a poor understanding of professionalism. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially after paying for a service that should meet at least basic standards. I truly hope the management takes serious action to improve how the staff handle customers, because as it stands, this place does not deserve the trust of anyone looking for quality or respect.

The shop is very different now; the staff is rude, and the prices are unreasonable. I used to come here because the prices were good, and they would accommodate my requests while I was there. However, I will not be coming again. This is so disappointing. I used to hate the shop because of the staff.

Floral used to be the best in Dibba but unfortunately, the new gentleman who does the printing is so unprofessional. I went to the store on the 6th April whereby I asked him to print a mug. May I just add, it was a birthday gift for the 7th April. He told me verbally that I could come around to the store before 1pm the next day (on the 7th). I thought that I'd rather go the evening then it will surely be ready. Before going, I asked him if he was done, he said no. Then another couple of hours went by and when I got to the store at approximately 11:40pm, it still wasn't done. He then told me that he couldn't make it because he is busy with Eid orders - Totally understandable. However, this is bad business dealings because he could have told me outright the night before that he will not be able to make it. This is not the first time that he did not honour his word. In December I had a similar issue with him. I told him that this type of business dealings were not good, but he seemed to think that he did nothing wrong. We obviously had words and in no way was I disrespectful to him, I just stood my ground that he should have been transparent and told me that he could not make it. Then he insulted me in front of another customer saying that this shop will never print anything for me again. I have been a loyal customer to this shop for such a long time, and never once did I have issues with anyone here. The other employees are very transparent, welcoming and have very good people skills. Perhaps this guy chooses who to have people skills with, I don't know... This is so disappointing, but farewell Floral. I will surely miss this shop.

اتمنى تدريب العامل خالد كيفية التعامل مع الزبائن والا بصراحة اذا ظل نفس الأسلوب المحل بيخسر الزبائن وأنا أول وحده أمتنع عن التعامل والشراء من هذا المحل

خالد الواجهة السيئة للمحل الموظف خالد في منتهى قلة الذوق ولا يجيد التعامل مع البشر ولن اتعامل مع هذا المحل نهائيًا ولا أنصح أحد بالتعامل معه ياليت مالك المحل يأخذ إجراء حيث ان كل التعليقات تذكر نفس الشئ
