Everything was fine during my stay. The room was big and clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is right next to the metro, which made getting around super easy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Nice and comfortable.. Specially if you are there for shopping.. The staff are friendly... And they will treat you like a boss if you are kind enough 😊

Very bad service and not good people there hope you will fire the management service there is killing your customers. I would recommend changing them because they wouldn’t even let me use the trolley even if I was a customer

We three adults stayed for 15 days, the rooms are large and spacious enough, very comfortable. The furniture and wardrobes are found to be slightly damaged. but as it still didn't matter, just to say what was there, rest of the things services everyone are perfect in what they do, in terms of security it is very good, they have good parking space built in with the hotels and can also accommodate the visitor as well. and complimentary spa for everyone during our stay was good.

Stood in this hotel for two months due to project work. The services provided by hotel management was good. Food, room service, internet etc was good. Best part hardly 30 steps away from Baniyas square metro station and you will find may restaurants street sides to grab something to eat, of-course tasty too. It was a studio room with internet service, kitchen along with utilities to cook and service guys visits upon call to wash utilities. but, be aware of seller selling wrist watch etc.... Overall, nice place to stay.

حالة الغرفة دون المتوسط.. مع كثرة الصراصير الصغيرة.. البواب و عمال النظافة لطفاء جدا. أحد عمال الإستقبال جعلنا ندفع ثمن ثلاث ليال مع اننا لم نمكث سوى ليلتين بحجة اننا جئنا صباح اليوم الأول مبكرا و احتسب حتى الليلة التي قبلها.

Место подходит только для любителей шопинга, т.к. Все шуба часи футболька находятся рядом. Отель ниже среднего, нет нормального лобби, ресторан отвратительный, завтраки привозные. Номера старые но довольно чистые. Туалет/душ просто отвратительные. В номерах можно курить. В целом не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле и в этом районе Дабай.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zu U Bahn und ein sehr nettes Personal aber das war auch schon alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, es ist nicht richtig sauber, der Speisesaal ist sehr heruntergekommen, leider keine europäischen Strom Anschlüsse. Aber der Preis 25€ die Nacht ist sehr faire.

Would have rated it 3 or 4 had it not been located so fantastically.. near next to Baniyas metro it's practically a few minutes to anywhere in Dubai. Good eating joints around though being in a traders market area, it does get a bit sketchy at night with a lot of pumps vending their wares. However the staff at the hotel is good and helpful. We had few initial issues with the crockery provided which they sorted out soon. I wish they had given complimentary water at least but thankfully due to a grocery downstairs we could buy our water instead of paying minibar rates. Rooms are clean and well maintained but the breakfast is monotonous and starts very late at 7:30am

Отличный отель три звезды. Самое удобное в номере на двоих имеется две ванной комнаты. Не нужно ждать пока освободиться. Очень экономит время. Место положение идеальное, всего 150 метров от метро. Две минуты пешком.

Manzarası harika, konumu da iyi. Otel çok temiz, odalar çok büyük. 5-10 dk mesafede bir plaj vardı ve o plaja saat başı ücretsiz servisleri var. Otelde hiç yemek yemedik ama içecek servisleri falan iyiydi. Özellikle çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otele 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde dev bir alışveriş merkezi de var.

My family and I have been staying at this hotel since 2011.... The standards have never dropped.... The ever smiling staff of the likes of Juma make us feel so welcome.... The location suits our needs from shopping for business as well as for leisure... The breafast is amazing....

Atmosphere is not really appealing. No complimentary water, one thing which really makes me sad. No complimentary tea/coffee sachets either which is odd for a so called hotel apartments. Bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. Constant nicotine smell. AC is not much effective.

Hi. We, a family of 4 adults, had stayed at flora hotel apartments in Deira, Dubai, from 25th december till 4th january 2018. The room is clean and the service provided too is good. The receptionists were very kind and ready to give advise at any time., mainly Thejas., Vineeth, Haris and Juma. The only problem was that the doors of the rooms are heavy. Thus it is very noisy when someone closed the door of his room, especially late at night or early in the morning, when the others are sleeping. Its our second stay at this hotel.The location too is good as it is near the metro station and there are KFC and Mac Donald nearby.

Receptionist Satish stole my headphones and refuses to answer my calls, it ws worth 300$ this is very cheap hotel where management needs to fire third class employees like Satish working in night shift treats guests, especially women.

Average hotel with friendly staff. In the middle of the market but not noisy unless you step outside. A lot of people usually around. Difficult to find a cab. However, metro is juts 100m away.

It is really great place to stay with great nice friendly staff ... great respect to the manager... they also very flexible and generous... thanks flora hotel apartments.. sure i will be back again

Very good Hotel. I recommend it for you all. They surpassed my expectations! I really enjoyed my stay there
