Very bad service. This is one of my favorite makeup brands, but unfortunately at this branch (City Center Sharjah, Al Wahda), the saleslady was very rude. She did not assist customers and just stood there watching. I asked her multiple times because I needed help with product suggestions, and she literally only said one word and handed me a sample. At the very least, she could have provided proper recommendations that would encourage a purchase (which I believe is part of assisting customers). I usually buy this brand from other branches, where the staff are very kind and helpful, and their assistance is always appreciated.

I went last week at evening, ladies are friendly and helpful, I bought many things, but I'm cery satisfied with my powder it matches my skin perfectly thanks 💕
