I recently visited Fox Luxury Hair Salon in Lal Bazar and had an amazing experience! My haircut was done by Mehak, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfect results. The salon has a great vibe and the staff is super welcoming. I am so happy with my haircut and will definitely be returning! I happened to visit the salon for hair treatment and I must say what a wonderful place to be The girl who did my hair was exceptionally mannered. She took care of each strand of my hair. Saika as a manager is best for what she does and Mehak for the suggestions and post care instructions. Well done 👍

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Fox Hair Salon. Suhail did my hair, and I can confidently say this is the best colour and cut I’ve ever had. His expertise really shows. He lightened my hair with incredible precision while keeping it completely healthy. I was honestly surprised at how minimal the damage was, especially considering bleach was involved. What stood out most was how much he focused on my hair type, texture, and overall health rather than just the final look. He also guided me on how to maintain the colour so it lasts well and doesn’t turn brassy or uneven over time. You can tell he has real knowledge and genuine passion for what he does. The entire team made the experience even better. Saika, the manager, was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating.:: from booking to sharing the location to ensuring everything ran smoothly. I recently got my hair treatment done at Fox Salon and it turned out to be a really lovely experience The environment of the salon was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The staff is extremely humble and cooperative. Saika guided me so politely and made me feel very comfortable. A very special mention to Mehak ♥️ , she handled my hair with so much care and patience. Best salon experience with Mehak! Hair Color: She understood exactly what shade would suit me. The color is vibrant, blended perfectly, and my hair feels healthier than before. No brassiness, no dryness. HydraFacial: I did hydrafacial abroad too but not felt like the way she did. My skin has never felt this fresh. Removed all the dullness.The glow is real and hope lasts for days . Mehak is professional, patient, and really knows her stuff. Hygiene was great too. Highly recommend her for both hair and skin services. Will be back!

They went the extra mile, even working late into the night to ensure everything was done perfectly and that I looked and felt my best on my big day. Great place with exceptionally amazing service also has an hijabi room which is actually great for girls who are dedicated to their hijabs. The place was clean, nice and well maintained. My hair is so glowy and soft and smooth after mehak did my hair. I had a terrible experience at Fox Lalbazar and would strongly caution others before visiting. First and most upsettingly, one of their staff members made a nasty and personal comment during my service. That kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Second, I was made to wait over 3 hours for the henna artist. After sitting patiently all that time, they began serving other customers ahead of me, simply because those customers had made an advance payment. No one informed me of this policy beforehand. If advance payment is required to secure your spot, what is even the point of coming early and waiting? My time clearly meant nothing to them. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero customer courtesy.

It was my first time here and I must say, the staff here is very friendly and expert. Ms. Shazia was with me, she did my hair, the haircut turned out amazing. She also did my facial cleanup, and she is very friendly and very nice. The other staff here is also very friendly and the place is quite amiable.

I recently went in for facial . Harsh winters , dry and dead skin and all that stuff. I have done my facials at almost every salon in srinagar but i literally saw a tremendous change in my face after the facial at fox . I really appreciate the efforts and dedication of the staff and i would recomend everyone to at least visit and then experience the change themselvez . My skin was glowing and hydrated . Shazia did my haircut to set the hair without changing length at Fox Salon. She was polite, listened to what I wanted, and did the work nicely. I’m a returning client at Fox and have never been disappointed, previously I had tried many salons in Srinagar only to switch them after a visit but Fox has always given me a satisfactory service, the staff is professional and friendly.
