Clean and Neat. A lot and variety of groceries and fresh fruits and vegetables , meat and poultry and bakery and all groceries. Convenient for Dubai Hills residents living around the park, Acacia buildings and cross the park from Mulberry and all other communities around the park. If by car, you would be challenged as the parking slots are limited especially at peak hours. Welcoming and friendly staff. Bit higher on price, you pay premium for same items, maybe justifiable for the convenience for the residents around.

Very late delivery and they don’t pick up the phone.

This store is misleading, for several times they publish food available in talabat platform and confirmed the order but after waiting too long they will update its out of stock! Don't publish it as available when you don't have stock at all! You let customer waiting for too long!

This is an amazing shop near my house! The staff is nice and showing different stuff and also it has everything! Not everything I mean but most of the products that you need is there!

Franprix has a pathetic worse pathetic security in the whole Dubai very unethical very non experienced I will do a police report on day shift security as he abused me his behavior with delivery rider is worse 0-% education and the manager don't even know what is going in loading bay. 00000000000stars for this management of store. I complained before also and many of the instashop rider but nothing. It's in accepted behavior. If someone wants to confirm ask any staff and insta pickers staff about his behavior

One drawback: The parking is very difficult, many paid parking always full

The floor staff were very helpful and friendly during my visit. They assisted me promptly and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service!

Nice ready made food. The roasted chicken very good Butter chicken. Sushi. A clean well stocked up supermarket.

The counter server associate Fares Mohamed is very kind and helpful whenever we purchase.

I ordered some yogurt from Franprix through Instashop which I refrigerated immediately when I received it. Two days later I opened one of the yogurt cups and found a large spot of mold. The yogurt still had 10 days left before the expiration date so it seems that this grocery shop does not store the food in the correct conditions. I won’t be buying anything from them again.

Appreciate having 24/7 store on door step and always well stocked with everyday needs. Frequently pop in several time per week. Only minor annoyance is that they frequently have the wrong tickets for product items. E.g instead of being charged 3aed for a drink , charged 5aed!! It’s not that hard to ensure things are stacked correctly or the right price ticket is displayed

The only advantage for this place is that it's the only one around!! I've been living here for the past 3 years and the cash lines has and apparently will always be a mess!! They have 3 cashier counters but always one is only working which creates a mess and too much unneeded crowd during times which we all should be distancing not getting cramped liked tuna in a can!! To make things worse the staff is extremely unfriendly and while the average price of each item is atleast 10 to 15% higher than market (which is fine in such small supermarket) but to charge for plastic bags and end up overloading each bag to avoid cost!! Horrible experience and everytime I leave this place with a horrible and unneeded negative feeling.. such a waste of prime location if you ask me

I ordered through talabat but they gave me missing 12 pcs of water i should recieved 24pcs but only 12 they delivered and they charged for me i have photo of what i order and what i recieved

Its good, has everything but a lot of the times the staff are chatting about and blocking the aisles. Also, its a bit more expensive than other stores however its fine when you need to quickly grab something

The main advantage of this place is that it is the only grocery so far. Geant, which was opened recently in Dubai Hills Mall, is much better, but still far away. So if me, or other Dubai Hills residents are buying some grocery for today - this is the only place. Still, the quality is good, they have fresh bakery, grills, fresh juices, different promos. Free delivery above 200 aed, which is a lot - usually it is starting 50 aed.

Not the best customer care you would get. Luckily for them, they are the only shop in that area. Always putting old viennoiseries from the day before at the front of the shelves instead of removing them at the end of the day. One day they charge you for the bag, the next day don’t. And most importantly, the staff lacks the basics when it comes to courtesy.
