We are having a bad exp with it ..worst hygiene n worst management and bad employee at cleaning department .. we being their neighbours are having regular cleanliness issues and the manager is too rude to talk to

Good store almost all item available grocery. Washroom is not available for customers, it is only for staff. I think as per the Indian government guidelines they cannot resist anyone customer to use the washroom but here they are not allowing customers to use the toilet. But staff is very good the answer very politely. to my room. Here stuff are not active as everybody want. All daily grocery stuff available here. Pricing same as market. Perfect for all your daily need!! Also it located on the main road so easy to go and park the car, bike. But you will face a problem here while payment because here all payments point not run due to small space and lack of team members.

I had a worst experience at this place staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional and item’s quality was very bad. There was one girl who was attending my billing she was very rude please be care full with this rude staff and unprofessional place

Very slow service staff is not at all interested in selling the products not even helping. The goods are not arranged properly.

It is a good store in which you can easily purchase all the daily essentials. Vegetables are also available fresh all the time Grain, Soap, Surf, Cold-Drinks, Chocolates for kids all things are available at reasonable price and under one roof we can easily can shop. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Unhelpful staff,lack of proper cleanliness are the high points of this store. The Paneer packets in the cool section were so sticky and dirty that one could not even pick them up. Shop here only if there is no alternative.

The store is quite maintained, most of the stuff is available n we generally visit to buy fresh veges. People rush in the morning. In the wake of covid19, the management worked hard to serve their customers well. I think the store would have more likes if they teach their staff to have a more humble attitude with their customers. Most of them do have, except the security guard. I was shocked to see his attitude towards my mom and other customers. The store was closing before time n we wanted to purchase a handful of commodities. However, the guard as he lived off the city wanted to rush. Rather than having a gentle response, he literally tried to push my mother. Even when the manager asked the guard to let her in as we are one of their oldest customers, he resisted as if he was the head. I would hence like to keep a humble request to the management to look into it, or their many of the customers would be lost, sadly.

It is the super market. Here, you can buy groceries, personal care items, bakery items, fruits, vegetables, etc can be purchased. Here, on festivals they give many offers and discounts to their customers. I highly recommend it once you have to go here. They also have parking space for vehicles.

Well stocked especially fresh fruit and veg. I received friendly service and the price was right.

Today when we go to any Mall or Shop, 1st thing which we check is whether there is some sale going on or not…From last year or so i am observing that Sale is now a permanent affair throughout the year across all retail outlets…SALE is most potent tool used by Markeeters to attact customer and survive in business but what is the real truth behind SALE?…Though buying from SALE gives us mental satisfaction that we got good discount….But we fail to check, whether we are getting real discounts or customer is being fooled.

This store works like a govt.dept.only one billing counter and staff is very casual in their approach.Decided never to go there.please display telephone number to lodge a complaint at every store for real time feedback.

Definitely something new and honestly appreciated by reliance. This place has foreign regional snacks and fresh food. You can easily get stuff like dragon fruits avacados various ramen and ramyoen as well as plenty of varieties of noodles like soba, buckwheat purple wheat etc. My only issue is this place only has one billing counter open so expect a 10 minute billing queue and a definitely overworked and irritated staff to deal with at the counter.

One of worse Reliance store i ever visited... i wish to give them negative marketing. Staff don't know how to respond. They can't even pack your stuff.. on top of that guard has to count every item at exit. Never seen before that guard has to go through every single item you bought and paid full.. it so annoying because thats the job of person at cash point. I would never go again.

Very pathetic service. Didn't get half of the stuff. Later due to incorrect billing issue with an item wasn't given exchange by staff. I was overcharged for an item which was billed incorrectly by the staff. Over that u have to get billing done then take ur stuff till gate n get it checked by security and then u hav to put it in your bag. Which store does that??? Have been to much better grocery stores but reliance is very very bad when it comes to service. And trust me I really avoid visiting a reliance outlet.

Reliance fresh for Early morning shopping of groceries, it is like Sainsbury Express, Breads, fruits tea coffee, biscuits oils hair dye (limited choice) and Veg which is generally available after 8:45 AM
