Fresh & Berry Gelato & Bubble Waffles & Bubble Tea

Stumbled across this hidden gem while walking around Dubai Mall looking for dessert — and honestly, I don’t understand why this place isn’t absolutely packed. Fresh & Berry completely hit the spot. We ordered the bubble waffles with Dubai chocolate ice cream and fresh strawberries, and everything was made fresh to order. The waffles were soft with the perfect crisp edges, the chocolate was unreal, and the portions were generous without being overkill. The whole place has a really nice aesthetic too — clean, modern, and a great atmosphere to sit and chill for a bit after walking the mall for hours. What stood out most though was the staff. Super friendly, welcoming, and quick service despite being busy. Genuinely one of the best dessert spots we’ve tried in Dubai so far. Easy 10/10 from me and we’ll definitely be back again before heading home.

My friend and I got waffles here, I had one with mango ice cream and a pistachio topping. That was easily the best waffle I've ever had and I genuinely doubt I will ever have a better one. Fantastic taste, very soft and sweet, and the ice cream with pistachio was very refreshing. I also like that you can choose any ice cream which they have available. The staff was super nice and I 100% recommend visiting this place when you're around. Possibly the best highlight of my stay in Dubai. Thank you for this lovely experience!

Nice small cafe. We had 3 waffles, americano and bubble drink. Coffee wasn't bad, but not good either. The rest was excellent, great service. Total we paid 179aed or 55usd. So if you are with children in this mall, come for a short break, your children will enjoy it.

I loved the service and their food. It is one of the best experience and taste i had in this year. Their waffles are one of the best OMG ❤️ its too tasty and the people working their are too friendly specially alyssa 🙈..

The plain waffle was delicious, the crepe with cinnamon and sugar was a little drier like in Germany but still delicious. The service was very friendly.

Die Waffel und das Eis waren sehr lecker. Jedoch gibt es ein wenig Abzug, da die Atmosphäre nicht allzu schön ist und das Essen sehr teuer.

Very friendly service and such good waffles! We came here almost everyday while our stay in Dubai and it was excellent every time. The waffles are ready within seconds and the ice cream is also very tasty.

Cosy place with a nice setting,at one point we were the only clients ordering and service was quick and smooth. Delicious waffle and strawberry crepe. Will visit again for the gelato.

Our to-go dessert place whenever we are in Dubai Mall. Food variety, servings are always 2-thumbs-up. Location is near the waterfalls area, very accessible. The staff are great as well! Kudos to the team!

I ate The most perfect pancake with nutella! U can taste that he made it with his heart. When you are in Dubai Mall u must come Here!

This is a super cute place to sit down and get desserts. I had their Taro boba and my friend got their Matcha boba. The consistency of the boba is more like a milkshake than traditional boba - but I really enjoyed it! The staff are also super friendly.

Friends and I have tasted their products and Pistachio bubble waffle was my fave with Açai power on the side. Staff are accomodating even if they are busy and they gave time to explain what they have.

After my italicized experience,something sweet was totally called for. A walking discovery next to Starbucks but a hidden gem 💎 i say. Had a single scoop of dark chocolate ice cream,Boy was it delightful and amazingly not too sweet as I preferred. Fairly reasonable at 15/- for one scoop,in Dubai Mall is 💯 worth it.

Been a long time customer. Always the highest standard of products, they never disappoint. Staff is very attentive and offer assistance before even asked. Their drinks are out of this world, and the new gelato they offer is amazing 🤤
