I recently visited Fresh Grill Restaurant, and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was truly delicious—fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. Visited the place twice — once for snacks and tea, and another time for their grill chicken. Both experiences were overall good. The taste was decent, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Prices are a bit on the higher side compared to similar spots, but the staff were very cooperative and friendly. A nice place to stop by for snacks or evening tea. Note: only paid parking is available.

😡 Appalling Service and Long Wait for a Simple Order! (Fresh Grill Restaurant) I am absolutely furious with the service I received from Fresh Grill Restaurant today. I placed a simple order for four shawarmas and was promised it would be delivered as soon as possible. Considering my building is literally two doors down from the restaurant—a two-minute walk at most—I expected a near-instant delivery. Instead, I waited over an hour for my food to arrive! When the delivery finally showed up, the delivery person apologized and stated they had only received the food from the kitchen five minutes prior. This strongly suggests that Fresh Grill completely forgot about my order and only prepared it after a significant delay. Waiting an hour for four shawarmas when your delivery location is practically on your doorstep is completely unacceptable and frankly, a joke. This level of inefficiency is shocking.

The food is good, but the delivery is the worst I have ever experienced. Even a simple tea and snack delivered to the same building takes more than 30 minutes. This has happened every time I ordered. Very, very poor delivery service. Because of this, I have started ordering from other restaurants that are farther away, and still they deliver faster than this one.

Very tasty grilled fish! 🐟🔥 The fish was fresh, well grilled, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The price was reasonable for the portion and quality. Overall a good experience.

I don’t know why so much hate for this shop. I came here as I don’t get seat in another restaurant. I was hesitated to come as o see so many negative reviews but now I believe they are all May be with some intention. I had their special charcoal with kubz. Trust me , it is the best in this area. I don’t usually do review but this one i did as I was misguided by some without trying. Staff were very friendly too.

Had a great dinner with a friend! We ordered the charcoal grill, which was tasty overall, but the real winner of the night was the fresh milk served in a glass — simple yet so refreshing. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Arun, who was very friendly and great at handling customers. It really makes a difference when the staff is welcoming. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back to try out more dishes!

Food is great dont get me wrong, but the service is abysmal and very poor, gave us less food without explaining, and didn't even respect us while talking. Weren't even willing to amend the mistake. Very poor, will not order again.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Fresh Grill Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The unlimited soup, chicken lollipop, and Awoli fish tawa were all full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The Awoli fish tawa, in particular, was a highlight – rich in taste and beautifully prepared. A special mention to the staff member Ajmal, whose service was simply amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. If you’re looking for tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be going back again!

Great experience! Ordered food for 20 for an outdoor iftar party and they nailed it. Delivered on time, food was delicious with amazing aroma, and all the side dishes were included. Would highly recommend!!!

Tried the mutton biryani today — it was full of flavor, soft and juicy mutton, and the rice was cooked just right. A must-try if you love authentic biryani!

See how they handle takeaway orders . they just give in old, outdated kubboos, while dine-in customers get fresh, sealed packets. Clearly pushing old stuff to takeaway customers. Really disappointing.

Its very oily , i ordered shawarma … each time i informed to reduce oil but still the same

Worst service. They cannot handle multiple customers at a time and the lady at the counter has no manners. When asked how long will it take she didn't care to respond and just ignored.

Worst management . Food delivery time took more than 1 hours and told in the phone it will take only 15 mins that's why we oder the food.
