Avoid this market !! Huge ripoff for turists. Prices are not shown on products, they charge you twice and no listing of what you purchased, just a small total receipt. We went on our first day for some eggs, coffee and few items. We paid a ridiculous amount for few items. Go elsewhere. I attached the only receipt was given to us for few items. After the owner replied to me in here, we returned to the store( 3 times to speak with the manager). He explained the difference in cost based on the fact that their prices are changed daily. He reimbursed us for the overcharged amount . I still keep my affirmation that their prices should be listed and they should give you a proper receipt with all items purchased. The store on the same side of the street New Safestay open 24 hrs has better prices and all prices listed.

The behavior of the guys working there is so bad, they don't know how to talk to the customer and they are charging two to three dirhams more for everything. Why is this for VIP customers? Kindly mention outside that only VIP customers can come here and bring local customer not allow

I had a very disappointing experience at Freshmart near JBR 1 Metro Station. I went there to inquire about a birthday cake. The staff member who assisted me, Safar Rahman, told me they didn’t have cakes in stock but said he would arrange one from another branch. I agreed and shared my phone number. Later, he sent me photos of cakes where the original prices were scratched out, which immediately felt suspicious. To confirm, I went to the nearby Safest Way supermarket and found the exact same cakes available there. Here are the price differences: • Honey Cake: AED 35 at Safest Way, but Freshmart quoted AED 55 • Red Velvet Cake: AED 49.89 at Safest Way, but Freshmart quoted AED 65 This is clear overcharging. I even sent him photos showing the actual prices, but instead of accepting his mistake or explaining properly, he refused to acknowledge it and showed a very bad attitude. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful towards a customer. This kind of pricing practice and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be visiting this store again and I do not recommend Freshmart to anyone.

Each time I come to this shop I get disappointed because they do not have prices listed! It's ridiculous to have a shop without prices. First time they opened I was excited to see they have a big section of protein bars, unfortunately for me it's a big incovenient each time I need to check the price for a product I need to go to the counter how much does it cost. Such a waste of time, they must put prices. If they would I would come to this shop and and do my groceries as it very close to where I live.

DISASTER!....if you like headache order from them. They didnt remember my apartment after I have few times ordered from them and live in the same building. Lost and helpless in the building after 1 hour the delivery was promised never came. Its just very frustrating when you needed something so urgent!

They are selling fake cigarettes i was buy marlboro gold packet when i was smoke it. It was fake I didn’t even smoke again and throw it to bin i was totally shocked because its well known supermarket so they are selling fake cigarettes shame on you guys 🙏

Scammers. They don’t show any prices. I took one of their staff members with me and asked him to bring 20 products to the counter, scan them, and tell me the price each time. Out of all those 20 products, I didn’t buy a single one. I’m not sure what the rules are here in Dubai, but in the Netherlands, if there’s no price shown, you can take the product for free!

The delivery was remarkably swift—I made my order, and it came earlier than anticipated There is a staff member who works as a cashier, her name is Archana. She have such a good experience she have always smiley face I appreciate to her 😇they Have All saff very amazing butt specifically Archna and I will certainly be placing orders with them again!

Do not go here, they will scam you. There are no prices listed so I checked the prices of my items by scanning the barcodes. When I went to check out at the cashier they added 2-3 AED to the price of each item. When they told me the total price I told the lady she made a mistake and that I checked the prices on the machine before checking out. She told me there must be an error in the system. I was charged extra for every single item. If I hadn’t checked the prices prior to checking out I would’ve been scammed by them. They are scammers, they don’t list prices, they don’t give you itemized receipt, and they charge extra on your total bill. Also, they will sell and deliver you expired and opened items.

They have a good service and good staff also specially Archna very helpful and nice lady.thanks Archna 😇💫
