FROZEN BOTTLE, MEDAVAKKAM

Had a great experience at Frozen Bottle. The ice cream and milkshakes were delicious, and the quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Their service was outstanding and made the visit even more enjoyable.excellent customer service!

It’s a place for those who enjoy self service. There is only one person in the counter and the order takes time so if you want to vile away time and sit through for a long time this is the place to go. Quantity of food was too less but shakes and desserts were good. Too many items in the menu but half of that was not available. Overall a good place for whatever available.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The desserts are absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Must try --> Death by chocolate + Nutty chocolate thick shake +Nutty choco jumbo dessert jar

Great product branding. Neat and tidy place. Sandwich was good. Take-away pack is charged, which I felt odd when compared with Dominos or KFC. Tried 4 flavors of Retro Classic drink, but found the flavour too mild and indistinguishable if not very alert.

I placed an order worth ₹700 and asked for regular drinking water, but the staff said only bottled water was available. This is against government rules, every restaurant is required to provide free drinking water to customers. Offering drinking water is not just a legal requirement, it’s the most basic standard of hospitality. Disappointed that such a simple courtesy was denied here.

Very good service..more variety of milk shakes available…pleasant atmosphere..interior decoration is superb that wall painting of cow family more attractive looks funny ..It located at Velachery main road Medavakkam…Especially try hot chocolate is too yummy…..

Bought mocha frappe and vanilla cut cake milkshake. The mocha frappe was good not the best but the vanilla cut cake milkshake was served in a half bottle and half bottle with foam. Whn i called the person after reaching home he is replying with a attitude manner. Worst service

Small place, but good ambience, had mango ice cream and Oreo chocoshot stone Jar. Mango ice cream was tasting like having a natural mango and Orea chocoshot was also tasty, especially made for a chocolate lover.

Best place for shakes , ice cream(jars,sundae) ,waffles etc.. taste is so gud and worth every penny.

I usually buy a lot from Frozen Bottle. I love their Thick Shake ranges. Plus, I'm an ardent worshipper of the Tiramisu Shake and the Choco Ferrero Rocher jar. They're all just so yummy. You can never get enough of them. When it comes to their snacks, instead of Sandwiches, I usually go for a Panini. Believe me, It's worth it. There's always more gooey cheese or fillings inside the Panini more than a Sandwich, plus the bread's thinner. I'd suggest you go for their nutty range of drinks, the persian one is heaven on your taste buds. Today, the other staff must've been on leave. There was only one guy and it took a while for our order to be served. But, I could see the struggle the guy was facing & the stress he was under. I hope you know you're doing a great job and I loved my drink! Keep going man!

It is recently opened shop enroute medavakkam and Tambaram. Has ample parking space in front. Good varities in menu. There were healthy food options on menu. Price is bit expensive, but quality was upto expectations. Ambience was good but there was no music. Staff were friendly. COVID measures were being followed.

The ice-creams are very tasty. The waiter is working single handedly to deliver all the orders and still there is no decrease in the quality of the food. Awesome place. The music choice is top notch. 10/10 will visit again

Horrible experience. The staff were rude extremely impatient. Even though there weren't a lot of customers the guy taking my order down decided to delete the entire thing and take the order of someone who came in afterwards. If you want to eat something your better off going to the Geetham or other restaurants nearby

Great ambience and good place to hang out with friends and family. Food is good and it’s a small shop.

Self service , but none would attend to you properly at the counter. They are busy serving swiggy orders that they leave you hanging. They didn't even respond to my calls to take an order and continued to sort thier issues right in front of me. No menu offered you just look around and figure things out. Just had the thinnest coffee shake i have ever drank with half the bottle taken up by ice when it is topped with icecream option already

Ordered The Rainbow Sundae through Zomato, have received only half the bottle filled, their actual pictures are deceiving. Its day light robbery, why treat your online customers differently by giving only half the portion in the name of offers ?

Good snack point in medavakkam, milkshake and sandwich is a good option to go. Mocktail is kind of ok.

A good looking milkshake joint with a great ambiance. The prices of the shakes are little higher compared to cream stone & other joints . I loved the mocktails but the shakes was not upto the mark.

Costly.. but the taste is good.. they can give some offer.. coz the cost is high.. but the quantity is average. However liked it.
