FROZEN BOTTLE COIMBATORE

The drinks we placed order via swiggy had cockroaches in it. It’s very pathetic to see such well known brands providing very irresponsible service like this. We did not expect this to happen from a brand like frozen bottle. Very disappointed. Please be responsible with terms of service in food and hygiene department. This is unacceptable.

Just like any other frozen bottle place, this place offers great yummy small bites. The best is they give single scoop ice cream for just 39 rupees which I love. The must try is Alphanso Mango flavor, my favorite. The staffs are limited, mostly only one managing the entire place. The person follows great cleanliness in preparing the dishes. The place has enough tables for seating and it's not much crowded generally. The wait time is also less. The place is clean and well maintained. Overall experience was great and I highly recommend this place.

Frozen bottle was amazing. Had a good time there ..small place but ambience was great 👍..The staff were friendly and very good. We ordered monster milkshake, waffles, Boba soda, and ice cream 🍨...All were superb and delicious.Even the pasta was awesome. Budget friendly especially if u go with Zomato dine out option which sometimes offers 50% discount. The Best part is the bottles are one use only so you can takeaway your any bottles they provide. The packing is also very neat.. all in all a must try for desserts.

Thank you!! We had issue on order for quality and quantity based while we made online order via zomato and we raised a complaint by contacting to frozen bottle. They took an immediate action and provided a fair resolution. The quality of order were great!! Handled directly by the store member.

We went fir 99rps offer. Most of the items in the menu were not available even on the second day of the offer. That was a disappointment though. Still, the utems we got are worth the money. They were so good.

I ordered Dark temptation sundae on 13 April 2025 via swiggy , this is not my first order and I found a plastic piece on the cap of their bottle. What will happen if my children had this without knowing it ? I have seen and thrown away it .. this is worst by Frozen bottle R.S.puram branch-Coimbatore. Instead of running this franchisee idiots working out there can shut their outlet and do other work .. Bullshit by frozen bottle .. frustrated ..

Death by chocolate and Dark chocolate was okay not much tasty may be chocolate lover may like it. Milk shake was tastes good. AC is there so it's cool. Then it's also Clean and neat. Self service.

location is as per Google Maps, shop seems deserted in the afternoon. Shakes are awesome, but here the staff missed some detailing in the shakes we ordered, it was correctly done after our request. From the entrance till the counter is neat and clean but behind the counter where the sink is its disgusting its all stained. Had been to many frozen bottle outlets, only outlet with 3 star, just for the shake.

One of the yummiest and perfect thick milkshakes one can ever taste I believe. I'm a fan of frozen bottle since day 1 when the Franchisee was established in India. I used to be in Chennai and it was almost a routine to drink shakes. The prices were reasonable though where the average price of all the shakes have increased by more than ₹100 in just couple of years. But the quality is maintained and the same taste that I had about a year back in Chennai and elsewhere was maintained. Would really suggest to try kitkat Oreo as its my all time favorite. You can well ask the guy at the counter to leave the chunks unblended. It enhances the taste.

Frozen bottle is new concept ice cream,milk shakes,fruit drinks by a start up in RS Puram Coimbatore. Their Rose milk with one magical seeds is very tasty and yummy milkshake . Belgium chocolate cone icecream with dark chocolate is also very tasty. The music played in the background is very soothing to ears. Interior and atmosphere is really good. They have lot of varieties including bubble tea which is also my favourite. I am giving 5 star rating for the frozen bottle. Worth a visit for a foodie!!

The shakes like the Belgian Chocolate and Alphonso Mango taste exactly how they’re supposed to every time,Getting a thick shake out quickly without compromising on the presentation in those glass bottles,mr.sourab manager who is present on the floor, engaging with customers, and making sure the "vibe" of the store is welcoming

I ordered two milkshakes from Swiggy I have only received half a bottle of milkshake taste also 🤮 .can’t even drink

Good experience. A small cozy place to hangout. There are only 4 tables. They have a variety of drinks to try out from. The ambience was superb. There is no parking facility available. Also it's self service.

12th visit to the shop, my experience has consistently been 👌🫡. With the Swiggy Dine offer, my recent visit was particularly enjoyable. Worst experience here,We ordered Mango falooda milkshake and they served rose milk flavour...When we enquired about this to the workers they are arrogantly saying that we don't know the mango flavour....Such a worst experience👎🏻👎🏻
