Horrible experience. I’ve ordered from them every year since over 7 years & the products have been very good with a responsive team. This time I chose to get a balloon photobooth done at home going by a very nice previous experience… however I was terribly terribly disappointed. The guys came in 7 hours late to collect the photobooth stand (promised 10:30/11am and came in at 5pm) and MOST IMPORTANTLY, left an absolute mess on my terrace when they came in to collect the stand. I’m at a loss of words - why could they not have used a perfectly usable dustbin left right there? Attaching pictures so management can speak to the people responsible. I’m an old customer and this is certainly not what I expected

I had the worst experience ever, the staff was extremely rude. The products were old and dirty, and the threads were coming out yet they were charging a lot and not ready to go down on the prices. Would never recommend this shop to anyone! And I wasn’t provided with the bill.

Very overpriced shop they charge 500 for a helium balloon which is easily available for 100 anywhere Staff is also very rude Poor quality stuff and overpriced stuff and the owner does not know how to speak at all Nobody likes to overspend even of one can afford it but this shopkeeper does not deserve to be visited and may give some brains to the owner to run his business otherwise it will get shut soon. This medium is used wisely Very bad experience will never visit again

Rude owner and staff. Worst service and quality . By the time I reached home with the balloons, they had already lost all the gas in them and deflated. There r better places in Delhi to get your balloon bouquets from. Highly expensive also unlike other places. Will never recommend fusion balloons.

They change the product and budget as per their accord, then accuse the client of being unreasonable for asking what they requested - all this with a really old and loyal customer - current team is disappointing. They’ve taken money for the wrong product they’ve customised, asked for a star, made a horrible heart. Now asking for more money for an underwhelming bouquet. Used them extremely frequently, sad lost a good vendor!

Worst experience ever dealing with this unethical company. Arrogant and incompetent owner. Spoilt our delivery timing and the purpose all together. Balloon quality was also the worst ever seen by us ..they were half blown which shows they were delivered in haste. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Expensive also than others ..they have no regard for customers.. read other reviews also online to see the list of their unsatisfied customers ..they are possibly getting fabricated reviews posted later to cover up for their mess ups. Overall when you're spending the same money or more, rather not take a chance with these people.

Excellent service available at any time

They are really good at what they do. Their baloon based bouquet are nice & attractive. The service is quick & quality is assuring. Full points there. But I found them quite overpriced. Starting at 100 INR per helium balloon is just way too much. If you have the budget, you'll not be disappointed. Will definitely make your kids happy

They have done awesome job on my son's birthday party decoration. I really thank them for making it more memorable, fun and exciting for my kid. It was great & unexpected celebration experience. Also those Balloon Bouquet was superb. I really recommend them. Thanks fusion balloons

Ordered balloon bouquet on whatsapp to surprise my friend. The concerned person was extremely helpful and suggested good options within my budget. The bouquet was beautiful and delivered within 2-3 hours of placing the order. Highly recommended.

absolutely disgusting and rude people. Take payment only in cash and advance. Balloon are extremely expensive @20 per piece for simple basic once. Again we opted for Disney puppet show, absolutely useless person with poor language which kids could hardly understood. puppet quality was very poor, kids were not attracted at all. promised to do it for half an but, everyone lost interest within 5 minutes. Again charged 3500 for half an hour show which is other wise available at 2000 only. Fusion balloon guys are absolutely cheats. don't ever go there. i wish there could be option of negative rating.

Don't buy from here. Horrible service and extremely over priced. They claim that their products are from UK and USA, but they are actually from China. Products are horrible and don't deserve the price. Just for two numeric balloons they charge ₹1000. I had my worst customer experience here. Won't ever repeat.

These guys are cheaters.. and most of all don't know how to talk to a customer.. they had promised us (the old uncle sitting in the shop) that we can get the gas filled again complimentary as the balloon we bought was expensive.. I went today to get it refilled they denied it completely.. what a bunch of liers they are.. hope they learn to deal/talk to a client.. please completely avoid this place..

Balloons are fine but worst service.. Do not make the mistake of buying from Ill mannered people. The owner seemed to be mentally challenged and doesn't know how to deal with clients. I would suggest you to buy from Archies or Wannaparty (Malviya Nagar/shivalik & gk) . The owner is very unprofessional and corrupt. God bless such people and their businesses. Horrific experience. I must say i am very disappointed with them. Firstly i guess they dont dont deliveries before dispatching them and secondly they never deliver on time. Everytime they commit but they end up disappointing everytime. Once they sent pink balloons for my husband's bday despite my mentioning them for red. Yesterday for Christmas, they delivered my balloons 2 hours late saying too much traffic. Very upset.

These guys have all the things you need to make your kids happy and people enjoy the party. From little things to big things they make your celebration like lifestyle in heaven.. Best place to get kiddy. They're bit expensive but i suggest you should go for them because they really have a very good quality
