I had a wonderful stay at Gabala Garden Hotel. The location is stunning, surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh local food. I especially loved the spa and the indoor pool—perfect for relaxing after exploring Tufandag. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families!

The room itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. However, the air conditioning unit was set to function only as a heater during the winter season, with the cooling mode disabled by the hotel. We were unaware of this limitation until we consulted the maintenance staff. Ultimately, we resolved the issue by opening the window for fresh air. The overall service was relatively acceptable . The only minor drawback was the wait time for room service—approximately 15–20 minutes for a simple order of hot chocolate, which felt somewhat long for such an item. The hotel’s location is good

We had a very serious and unacceptable experience at Garden Hotel & Spa. We booked and fully paid for our stay in advance. During our stay, we were traveling with a child . The hotel later attempted to request additional payment based on the child. This issue, if any, should have been addressed at check-out or through a formal payment request — not during the stay. Instead, while we were outside the room, the hotel staff locked our room while all of our personal belongings and luggage were still inside. This action is completely unacceptable. It is not within any reasonable hotel policy or legal standard to lock guests out of a prepaid room during their stay while their personal property remains inside. If there is any financial dispute, it must be handled through proper communication and check-out procedures — not by restricting access to a paid room. This situation caused significant distress and is a serious breach of basic hospitality standards. We do not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Un hôtel magnifique il mérite amplement sont titre de 5 étoiles désigné Moderne chaleureux vous trouverez pour tout les goûts toutes les activités extérieures et intérieures. Je le recommande fortement. Petit détail a savoir les chambres pour 3 n'existe pas dans cette hôtel du coup vous serez un peut a l'étroit mais sinon parfait 🫡

The time we spent was truly wonderful. Everything was organized at such a high level that, in one word – it was perfect. The staff’s attentiveness and friendliness, the quality of the food, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms — all of it left us extremely satisfied. Especially considering the price, the service exceeded our expectations. First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ugur for his special attention regarding the reservation and the upgrade. I would also like to extend my deep appreciation to the entire team for their professionalism and outstanding service.😍😍😍

Although 5stars, some visitors may be disappointed to find just one restaurant for dinner and another only for breakfast. The breakfast is perfect, no issues at all. Dinner is dull and it's apparant that most guests go elsewhere for the evening, as did we on the subsequent nights. Fortunately there are nice restaurants not far away, even on foot. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with only minor niggles such as a shataf (bum wash) incorrectly directioned, having to open the window to cool the room even in January as the room is hot despite heating switched off. Also no one answered my calls to reception and housekeeping is erratic, strangely removing and not replacing the toilet roll and throwing away the toothbrushes even only used once. But these are minor points. Generally it's a nice hotel and I won't blame them for badly controlled children running and shouting everywhere.

The location was superb and we enjoyed. I traveled with my family. The hot pool was good in the first day but the second day the temperature was bit low in the pool and felt bit uncomfortable. We didn’t receive the bathrobe on the second day even though we requested from the man (he asked from the lady at work that time. She told not available. It was around 7.30pm) who was at duty. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the stay.

Szuper szálloda. A reggeli változatos, és mindent tartalmaz a sajtoktól, zöldségektől és felvágottaktól kezdve. Joghurt, zabkása, omlett és rántotta elkészíthető ízlés szerint, valamint különféle péksütemények (különösen az almás rétes tetszett). A szálloda személyzete nagyon figyelmes és barátságos, segítőkész, és beszél angolul és oroszul. Maga a szálloda nagyon hangulatos és csendes, és minden nagyon tiszta. Élvezheti az illatos kávét a hallban, vagy egy finom ételt az étteremben. A szoba tágas, a matrac és a párnák pedig olyan kényelmesek voltak, hogy ki sem akartam kelni az ágyból. A szobában minden megtalálható, amire szüksége lehet: köntös, papucs, piperecikkek, valamint fogkefe és fogkrém. Vasaló és vasalódeszka, víz és teakészlet is rendelkezésre áll. Nagyon lenyűgözött minket a szálloda, és szerettünk volna néhány napot itt tölteni, hogy élvezzük a hangulatot és felfedezzük a környéket. Szuper volt, hogy a wellness este 10ig és még estére is tudtunk masszázst foglalni. Nagy terek, mindenből több, tisztaság, segítőkész személyzet. Ami negatívum, a hatalom imádat. A biztonsági őrök is reggeliztek (volt egyenruhás köztük), külön vittek nekik mindent és a pincér és a főpincér is csak körülöttük legyeskedett, a vendégek nem számítottak, nem szedték le a tányérokat, nem pótoltak semmit kb. félórát. My stay at this hotel was average overall and did not fully meet the expectations of a five-star property, despite some positive aspects. The main issues were related to lighting distribution, with some lights not working properly, which affected comfort. Room cleanliness and housekeeping service were below standard and did not feel professional. I stayed in a villa, which was comfortable in terms of space and privacy, but it still did not reflect true five-star quality. For Arab guests, it is unfortunate that bidets are not available in the bathrooms. Additionally, there was only one TV, which was old and small in size. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff were excellent, polite, and welcoming. The heating system was good, and the fireplace service for additional heating in the villa was a nice touch, especially in cold weather. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but the hotel needs noticeable improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, and room facilities to truly match a five-star standard

We enjoyed our time at Gabala Garden we stayed for 3 nights, it was comfortable and quiet also they have included Turkish bath. The hotel has great facilities such as pool, spa, and playing area for kids. I totally recommend it. Special thanks to Ms. Shalala she was very friendly and helpful. Regards..

زرت فندق غابالا جاردن وسكنت في أحد الأكواخ، وكان المكان جميل وهادئ ويوفر أجواء مريحة وسط الطبيعة. لكن واجهت بعض الملاحظات مثل تأخر الخدمات عند الطلب، وعطل في المكيف، بالإضافة إلى أن التلفزيون قديم وصغير. بشكل عام كانت الإقامة مريحة من ناحية الهدوء والموقع، لكن الفندق يحتاج إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمات والصيانة

The price and the aura is very good. Rooms are clean, everything is working. Breakfast so super. You cand find a lot of different what you needed. The location is good. You cand find it very easily.

I do not recommend visiting this hotel at all. First of all when we reached the hotel , everything was going great we were very excited to see our rooms and the view. As soon as we arrived to our room we realized that it was very hot so we decided to turn on the AC which turned out to be a HEATER and no one informed us!! We came during the winter but we couldn’t last one minute in the room with our thermals and our winter clothes. Every time we entered the room we had to take off everything because it was very hot. Even though we had a balcony and could open it, we couldn’t keep it open all the time because of all the mosquitos and flies entering our room. Second of all the bathroom was horrible, I had one of the worst showers of my life. Overall the views were very nice especially when it snowed but the AC problem was horrible all around the hotel the breakfast buffet was good , could be better but had a bad smell. I didn’t not enjoy my 2 night stay at all. Don’t recommend except if you want nice views

Gabala Garden Hotel is truly an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. One of the best features is the indoor heated swimming pool—despite the cold weather outside, the hotel maintains a perfect temperature inside, so you don’t feel cold at all. They also provide a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath, which were all very relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The only area for improvement is the dinner, which was not as impressive. However, it is understandable as they may be promoting their own specialty dishes. Overall, our experience was very good, and we were fully satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended.

В целом впечатления от отеля положительные. Сервис был хорошим, персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Официанты чудесные, доброжелательные и всегда старались помочь. Номера комфортные, чистые и удобные для проживания. К сожалению, питание разочаровало. Мы попробовали азербайджанский плов он оказался безвкусным, внутри совсем не чувствовалось масла, отсутствовал характерный вкус блюда. Рис был сухим и пресным . Также не понравились фрукты. Они были очень залежавшиеся, не свежие, без вкуса, часть фруктов выглядела уставшей и пересохшей . Кроме еды, всё было на отличном уровне. Если улучшить качество кухни и свежесть продуктов, отель может стать действительно прекрасным.

من اسوء الفنادق. المناشف قديمه الفراش قديم. ريحه سيئه في الطرقات. في بدايه الشتاء يشتغل نظام التدفئه المركزي. ولا يشتغل التكيف. اطلاله بعض العرف جميله

The place is very beautiful and the service is acceptable, but during breakfast I found mold on the bread. I spoke with the person in charge, and he told me he would come back, but unfortunately, I never saw him again. He completely ignored me.

Very bad service. They even charged me for 8yr kid. Not recommended at all. Rooms are very old and need a lot of maintenance. Service is also a big issue. Location also is in a remote area and far from restaurants & markets. Hot water is also a problem and not solved easily. Rooms are also very small. Beds are not comfortable.
