Gaia Restaurant

Had a wonderful dining experience here in Kathmandu. The food was genuinely delicious every dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and served fresh. You can tell there’s real care in the cooking, not just standard tourist fare. The environment was also very clean and comfortable, which made a big difference. The space felt well-maintained and inviting, whether you’re coming in for a relaxed meal or something slightly more special. Service was another highlight. The staff were attentive, polite, and efficient without being intrusive. They made sure everything was smooth from start to finish, which added to the overall experience. Overall, a great place for good food, clean surroundings, and reliable service in Kathmandu. Would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful meal, such great hospitality. Ram was an excellent host. Satay with rice and vegetables, and another with French fries, and a delicious apple crumble cake. Highly recommended!

參加The Great Adventure Treks & Expedition的ABC健行尼泊爾之旅，非常的開心。最後一天要離開加德滿都，老闆Mani帶我們來這間餐廳吃飯！Mani推薦了好吃的蒜蓉牛排，我個人覺得超級好吃，搭配蘑菇醬，蒜蓉很有味道、牛排自己點7分熟，覺得一切剛剛好！吃的很開心、聊的也很開心、環境也非常好，晚上用餐還會點蠟燭，非常舒服且浪漫。在這個塵土漫天的尼泊爾，享用最後一晚的晚餐，也是最完美的Ending~

Excellent Food, Drinks, and Outstanding Hospitality I recently visited Gaia Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. and had a wonderful experience with both the food and drinks. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive and very enjoyable. A special mention goes to Tilak Shrestha, who served us throughout our visit. His hospitality was excellent, always welcoming us with a genuine smile and making sure we were comfortable. His attentive and friendly service truly made our experience even better. We had a great time enjoying the food and drinks, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Thank you to the team for such a lovely experience. Highly recommended, everything was great!

restaurants, like many other businesses in thamel, come and go. only a few stand the test of time. gaia is among these great places. i'be been eating here since 2014 and every year i'm happy to find the same tasty, delicious, healthy food and friendly people.

タメル地区らへんにあるお洒落可愛いカフェです。 雰囲気とても素敵で、現地の若い人たちが優雅なブランチを頂いていました☕️ ここ、お店の名前にもあるようにコーヒーがウリなんですけど、めちゃくちゃ美味しい…！！！素晴らしい…( ；∀；)💓 普段全然コーヒー飲まないし、むしろあまり好きではないのですが、美味し過ぎて友達と大喜びしていました！ ハニーラテが1番好みです🐝 パンケーキ、モモ(皮かためな餃子みたいなネパール料理)、辛い手羽先を頼んだけどどれも美味しかった💓 食後にコーヒーもう一杯頼んで、せっかくだから大好きなキャロットケーキ頼んでみたら、これまた美味し過ぎる。松の実の食感も良い感じでした🙆カトマンズ来たら必ず寄りたいです✨

Having at least a dinner there whenever I visit Kathmandu has become a ritual of mine for the last 13 years. Their veg ratatouille is very delicious 😋

Great atmosphere, enjoyed dinner every time I come. Very Good services, and great peoples to have a dinner with. Every time I visit Nepal, visiting this restaurant is must for me. The peoples have become friend. They respected every customers and give very good foods at reasonable price. Hope they get a great season this year.

I wish I could stay in Kathmandu for longer so I could try all of the meals on the menu! Peaceful atmosphere, great service and clearly a very talented chef! Highly recommended!

I am so happy to be at Gaia Restaurant I have been almost 25 countries the taste of Gaia is completely different than other the ambience cool and cozy very nice staff and friendly. They have a nice menu which is good for all age. Offer-table price . I recommend Gaia Restaurant.

當下有跟服務人員反應不知道日後會不會改善 今天前往用餐，服務人員特別推薦了白板上的套餐 因此我們選了上面的排餐及烤雞肉料理 另外點了幾份素食餐 排餐：牛肉非常糟糕，光切都切不動，服務人員解釋因為尼泊爾不能殺牛，所以都是進口冷凍的過來⋯如果這樣應該不適合出這道菜 烤雞肉：雞肉沒熟，服務人員說他們廚師都控制80-90%熟，但⋯不確定雞肉品質的情況下，實在不敢吃沒熟的雞肉 素食餐中有一份鐵板蔬菜餅，鐵板用太熱，來的時候下方已全部烤焦⋯ 用餐環境雖然好，但這餐是我在尼泊爾吃過最貴的一餐，但品質沒辦法相符
