Emarat- Galadari

Its been almost 10 months and am filling my bike fuel tank from this gas station. All staff working here are so kind and humble . I really appreciate their hard work. Very recommended gas station 👍✅

Actually the staff is very helpless specially the supervisor I requested to wash my car I drive for 20 minutes because there was showing 24/7 so they don’t work 24 hours don’t waste your time to go there find somewhere else

👎👎👎👎👎 I had a very disappointing experience at the this Emarat car wash just an hour ago. The machine wash was not completed because they said the machine was broken, yet they still asked me to take the car without finishing the service. I paid for a package that included interior cleaning, but the inside of the car was still dusty and barely cleaner than before. The staff seemed in a hurry to take payment, and before starting they marked multiple “scratches” all over the car on their paper for their safety purposes even though all of them didn’t exist. They also didn’t have protective paper for the footrests, and when I asked, they simply said they didn’t have any. On top of that, they kept pushing me to buy their sanitizers and air fresheners. Charging full price for an incomplete service is unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

I visited the car wash in emarat Galadari to be honest one of the best services recived in recent time especially I want to thank Mt Krishna for his exceptional customer support & service a must visit recommend led to all Five star for sure 👍😁

Good management the all emirates petrol pumps does the washing very well I have a wish that Emirates Petrol Pump It would be better if EV stations were installed for electric vehicles. tnx

I visited today 1:30 pm it wasn’t busy at all ,Car wash by machine its was ok , but the people who wipe and vacuum the car they are too lazy , asking for extra $$ , if any one saw u doing ur jobs very well he will give u extra money without saying anything 😒😒

They said we cannot wash your car properly, even they can charge full payment. And the guy told me it’s new technology to not clean car properly 😂😂

Very bad experience with Raj, the petrol filler. His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, he was shouting at customers. Totally unacceptable behavior.”

Raj gurung from forecourt giving good service and other also giving good service and speedy service

It’s mention body wash is 20 dhs which doesn’t includes interior cleaning and for interior cleaning they charge extra 15 dhs so total it’s 35dhs for only body wash and after that they even didn’t clean it well

To Whom It may concern, Dear Management, We are writing to inform you of our observations during the past one and half months. In relation to washing our cars inside and outside. We received the information upon observing the Staffs of Emarat-Galadari branch when cleaning our car (10-20 daily). We noticed that they don’t properly clean inside the car unless you give them a TIP. It’s quite concerning since we started receiving the client complaints about the cleanliness of the car. During this observation we received a lot of complaints from our drivers that they don’t really clean some parts of the car (inside center console, door handle inside, km dashboard and boot compartment). All the staff are very good at customer service. I found only one station where every staff are so good at service. Supervisors and all staff are so polite. I came from sharjah only to get service from this station. Highly recommend.

Today, I visited a petrol station where I had my car washed.so I spoke with their supervisor, Miss Kristi, she was so kind and friendly and helpful I will appreciate that she was doing a good job in her station 🙂
