When raised, the owner blamed the courier (shifting responsibility *after* taking my money). **Issues:** - **No proactive updates**—I had to chase repeatedly. - **Zero resolution**—just deflection, no refund or resend. - **Unprofessional**—if couriers are unreliable, why partner with them? Or why charge before dispatch? **Advice to buyers:** - **Avoid prepayment** with this seller. - **Document everything**—their "not our fault" policy leaves you stranded. Still waiting (hopelessly) for my ₹1250 or the book. **Save your time and money.**
