Don’t buy from Garg( income tax branch and c g road branch). They are fraudulent. First, they give you old books at the price of new ones, and when you go back to exchange them, they say the new stock hasn’t arrived. In the end, you waste petrol and time. I’ve personally had a very bad experience with them. Recently, the same thing happened again — they gave me an old book. I went the same day to exchange it. They took the book back but didn’t give me anything in writing. Later, they asked me to bring the bill, even though they had already kept it. I trusted them but they are cheaters..The book was worth 3100... As customers, if we do not take any action, they will keep exploiting people. Many students and parents may not have enough knowledge, and these people will continue to cheat...

Online mangwa do books idhar bahot rate hai isse adhi se bi adhi rate me online mil jayegi. Mene AIBE ke bar acts idhar se 4000/- RS me liye the jiska actual price 1200/- se 1500/- hai hai... Aur me photo bi upload karta hu dekhna sab log.

This is not a library; it's a nightmare. I will never set foot in this place again and I warn everyone to stay far away. First, the prices are an absolute RIP-OFF. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. It feels less like a community library and more like a greedy corporation trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. But the worst part is the unbelievably RUDE staff. They are lazy and have zero respect for customers. They treated me not like a patron, but like I was their servant. The attitude I received was disgusting, as if I was bothering them by simply asking a question. The owner should be ashamed. The staff acts like they are doing you a huge favor by merely existing. They have the audacity to take your money and then treat you like trash.

We get books of semesters at reasonable price. It was a good experience.

If you pay Rs 500 per book on rent then you will get 100 rupees instead of Rs 500.

I have two major concerns with this store. Firstly, the staff is extremely rude and displays a poor attitude when interacting with customers. Secondly, they consistently charge higher prices than the MRP listed on the products. I've noticed that several of my friends purchased the same set of books, but were charged different prices. The only one who cross-checked the price with the MRP was charged fairly, while the others were overcharged.

Garg library such a fraud with students. I buy a scholarship form but after my degree completion he deny to give scholarship. And Also not responding my call etc. Always tell me lie to we give scholarship tomorrow. Aware about it and never buy any books from this ashram road branch. An added Garg library looting students with deposit policy also.

They have a poster saying that they would rent reference books for free to engineering students and they would give all the deposit back when you return the book but when you actually go and ask for it they would say the scheme is over and you have to make a payment for it. It would be fine if you have asked for payment in the first place but this sort of false behaviour is very unprofessional. Additionally when I asked for latest version they simply said that it's same as old and there are no changes plus they weren't even willing to show the latest version of the book for some reason.

Worst service and their policies for resale

First lie to me about price, She told me 300 rent plus 300 deposit for new syllabus book, Then she gave me old syllabus book and so i demand new, But then she change rate as 500 rent plus 500 deposit, Be aware about this kind of fraud! I purchased book from she but i am disappointed!

Very much unprofessional service they assured me at a time payment of mba books but they didn't give me money at a not fair i purchased my mba sem1 book for rs3690 and with this high charge they looting the students who really know the value of money i really needed it disappointed to much never suggestion to any one they also downsizing your image by telling we don't have money

Bhai ye log Jaldi Deposit vapis nahi karte....itne books liye hai inse Bhaade pe fir bhi bohat dhakke khillate hai Deposit vapis karne ke liye......Bhai mat jao yaha kahi or se le lo books....Esa nahi hai ki inke pas paisa nahi par jan Buzkar paisa nahi dete....me mehsana me rehta hu do bar aana pada just to take back my money.....Esi kya majburi hai inki ki paisa nahi de rhe......Mat purchase karo inse books....vese bhi bohat high price pe books dete hai or vapis dene par itna paisa nahi milta jitna hona chahiye....Plz Find any other store to buy Any Books......not Good Staff 💀
