ILL-informed, Discourteous staff, Zero salesmanship! I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The staff displayed unruly and discourteous behavior throughout the visit, and the overall conduct felt highly unprofessional. Instead of guiding or assisting a potential customer, the attitude was essentially “buy it if you want what we have.” There was absolutely no effort at proper salesmanship, customer engagement, or even basic courtesy. They didn’t even bother to unlock the car for me to see from inside for me being inside the showroom for good 15 minutes. Buying a car is a significant decision, and customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Staff seems to have so much ego that getting up from their chairs is also a task for them. Such a big brand has kept such unruly management, surely in years to come the brand will suffer. I’ve had the same experience in their branch next to the Airport as well. Never visiting again.

Rami was fantastic - he gave me the time and patience to direct me through the options for the G63 and helped me pick out the different leather colors and exterior paint. Very professional service from Mr. Rami.

You buy a car from them, and just after the first time you drop the car at their service center you get interior scratches and the service center manager does not come out to see the car and find a solution for you, this is how they are trying to deliver the car back to me
