Gezi Hotel Bosphorus

Just spent a week in the hotel, this is our third visit so we knew what to expect. On arrival, the room we booked through Expedia wasn't available (Highly recommend booking directly with the hotel) but the staff were superb about it. Jerry Karoglu on the front desk came up with a number of options for us and whilst we spent a little bit of time reviewing the options, we ended up with an almost perfect (original booking like) solution. That said, I cannot fault the service team, they really went above and beyond for us. Knowing the hotel, the rooms and staying there for a full week we had high expectations - and the team delivered. Thank you Jerry and the guys. The hotel is generally quiet, so a pleasure if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Istanbul itself for a bit of down time. Taksim square is literally next door. The hotel is so convenient for pretty much everything. Moving further afield, there is a metro station in Taksim square also which couldn't be easier. I was working from the hotel for the week as was my wife. The housekeeping team were exceptionally accommodating. Our first visit to the hotel was some years ago now and following an 'incident' with the room we were upgraded and well looked after. Their excellent service is why we keep going back! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it left a very good impression on me. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The room was modern and very clean, with a large window and a great view of Istanbul, which I really enjoyed. The location is also very convenient—close to Taksim Square and within walking distance of the Atatürk Cultural Center. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for me and my husband, and we would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Gezi Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality from the team, especially Jerry and Jehan. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you for making my visit to Istanbul so memorable. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again we had an amazing experience. The staff and service were truly 10/10. I would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. Special thanks to Mr. Burak from the reception, as well as Mr. Kutay and Mr. Gencer — they all made our stay even more comfortable and special. The hotel is cozy and quiet despite being located in the city center. The breakfast was excellent, and our corner room with a Bosphorus view was absolutely spectacular. We were even able to watch the New Year’s fireworks on the bridge, which made the experience unforgettable. For my next trip, I will definitely book the same hotel again.

Amazing hotel with a stunning view! I booked the Sky Suite and was thrilled to find it looked exactly like the pictures—you truly get what you book here. The panoramic view of the Bosphorus is one of the best in all of Istanbul. The suite itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained. While the hotel itself is not large, it feels cozy and comfortable.location is perfect , near Taksim square, all kind of transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My late-night check-in was smooth and easy. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

My stay at the Gezi Hotel was a very positive experience overall, primarily because the location was absolutely perfect and made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms were notably clean and well-maintained; although they were a bit on the small side, they were still comfortable and well-designed for a pleasant stay. What truly stood out was the service, as every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, ensuring I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. However, the facilities were the only real downside, specifically the gym, which needs a massive improvement to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Despite the small rooms and the lacking gym, the combination of the prime location and the professional, friendly team still makes this a good choice for a stay.

The staff at Gezi Bosphorus truly made this stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was kind, personal, and genuinely thoughtful, and I felt right at home. A special thank you to Fadi, who quickly picked up on my love of a good wine moment and made thoughtful recommendations, and to Ohan, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the upgrade to the 11th floor, the views over Taksim Square were incredible and made the experience even more memorable. Beautifully designed, well located, and elevated by truly outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay at Gezi Hotel Bosphorus ,Our Favorite in Istanbul! Gezi Hotel Bosphorus truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect , just a 2-minute walk from the heart of Taksim Square and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was beautifully designed with a stunning view of the Bosphorus ,even from the bathroom! The housekeeping was impeccable, with fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned room every single day. Breakfast was delightful, offering everything you need to start the day right, with a good variety to suit all tastes. The staff were exceptionally kind, always helpful, and spoke English very well , something that made our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to the Gezi Hotel team for the lovely birthday surprise! I was greeted with a delicious cake in the room, which truly made my day extra special. This was our 7th visit to Istanbul, and Gezi Hotel Bosphorus is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be coming back again. We had a wonderful stay at the Gezi Bosphorus Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always checked in to see if we needed anything, and whenever we asked for something, they took care of it right away. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. Doğum günümü geçirmek için bu oteli seçtim. Çok memnun kaldım. Personel çok ilgili, otelden kompliman olarak kutlama pastası geldi. Konum, manzara, temizlik, SPA - herşey dört dörtlük. Bu güzel 2 gün için çok teşekkür ederim🥰 Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz

Extremely disappointing stay for a five-star hotel. Our room was supposed to be upgraded, but we were given a smaller, different room from what we booked. The shower kept switching between hot and cold water on its own — impossible to shower comfortably. The curtains don’t close fully, so the room stays bright. We only received one bottle of water of 1l per day for a double occupancy room. Considering this is meant to cover both drinking water and making coffee/tea, it is quite limited. On top of that, no coffee was provided the next day, and instead of a coffee machine (as expected in a five-star hotel), they only have a small cheap kettle with instant coffee. The bottle of conditioner in the shower was also empty. There was no iron in the room, which is basic for any good hotel. The lights in the room malfunctioned — even after switching them off, they stayed dimly lit. Overall, a disappointing experience — not worth the price, not up to good standards. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

럭셔리함이 있는 부티크 호텔. 특히 오후타임에 나오는 jerry와 컨시어지 직원이 진짜 친절하게 다 설명 및 안내를 해주었답니다. 호텔이 언덕에 있다보니 뷰가 아주 훌륭하고 좋았답니다. 물세기 완전 쎄고 좋았고 타월과 침구가 아주 부드럽고 좋았답니다. 그리고 탁심광장과 가까움. 교통편 편함. 만족스러운 숙박이었고 지인들에게 추천하고 싶네요.

Otelde konaklarken resepsiyondan taksi çağırdım ve sorun yaşadım. Sonradan bu sistemin şeffaf olmadığını fark ettim. Kendi deneyimime dayanarak, otelden taksi istemek yerine Uber veya BiTaksi kullanmanızı öneririm.

Das Hotel bietet nicht nur eine traumhafte Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Bosporus, sondern auch einen exzellenten Service. Besonders möchte ich Yilmaz hervorheben – seine Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Er war immer hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Ein großes Dankeschön für diesen herzlichen Service! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig. Güzel, boğaz manzaralı,temiz odaları; profesyonel ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarıyla; lezzetli açık büfe kahvaltısı ve alakart restorantıyla konaklamaktan zevk alacağınız merkezi konumda olan bir otel.

قمت بزيارة سياحية لمنطقة إسطنبول وقمت بالحجز بفندق قريب من ميدان تقسيم وكان الفندق غيزي من الفنادق الجميلة والهادئة حيث اخترت الغرف المطله على الحديقة الداخلية للهدوء وعدم ازعاج السيارات. كان الاستقبال رائعا من قبل موظف الاستقبال وتمت اجراءات الدخول بسهولة.

The staff at the front desk were all very helpful. In particular Jerry karoglu went out of his way for us. He located a nearby church and determined mass times for us. We had a great time and I recommend the Gezi and Jerry!

Gezi Hotel Bosphorus Otele girişte karşılamaları gerçekten çok nazik ve profesyoneldi. Konumu ise İstanbul’un en güzel noktalarından birinde—Taksim’de, Beşiktaş Stadı’nın hemen üstünde yer alıyor. Boğaz manzarası adeta büyüleyici; özellikle akşam İstanbul’u izlemek ayrı bir keyif veriyor. Hem konforu hem de manzarasıyla unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
