اگه حوصله کنید و بگردید ، کالاهای ارزشمندی پیدا میکنید .بخصوص برای خرید سوغاتی مناسبه.اقلام سوپر مارکتی واقعا از سوپری هم ارزانتر بود.من نوشیدنی پراین گرفتم ۱۱ درهم که همون نوشیدنی پرایم در سوپرمارکتها ۱۴ درهم ودر فروشگار کارفور دبی مال ۲۱ درهم بود.

I love shopping at Gift Gallery Market, but today I was very disappointed with the customer service from two Filipino cashier. When customers ask questions, staff should answer politely and respectfully. The most important thing is that when customers from different nationalities are standing in front of them, staff should avoid talking in their own language because it can make customers feel uncomfortable. Some people can understand many languages, even if staff think they cannot. I hope the management improves customer service because this was a very bad experience today.

I had a very disappointing experience at Gift Gallery Al Rigga. The service was extremely poor,staff were inattentive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting customers. I felt ignored for most of my visit, and when I finally got help, it was rushed and unprofessional.For a place that should value customers, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this store based on the level of service I received. There is clearly a need for better customer care and staff training.

Very Bad Experience!!!!!! I Visited to store to buy something! then the guy name was Rahim was very Unproffessional and verry Rud!! and I just put my things in the baggage Counter and took the tag number and i just went in the door to wait my Brother! and I didnt even went out in the store! but suddenly he said! is not allowed and rahim starting to shout with me and told me that not allowed and saying Go Go Go. becouse is not allowed! what kinds of behavior is that!!!!! he didnt even asked me why im there! and he didnt even explain properly! and i already mentioned to them that im waiting with my brother in the door. becouse my brother doesnt know where is the place! becouse he was knew in dubai! but he still pushing me away!!!!!! what kinds of staff that you have !Please make action to this matter!!!! becouse is not acceptable at all!!!!

One of my favorite shopping centers in Al Rigga. So many options to choose from. Friendly staff and peaceful environment, but I feel the price range is bit higher here when compared to the other shops. Beauty products and accessories are good and within budget.

Good place to buy for souvenirs very cheap

Although the store is outstanding with the variety of items But the staff specially the cashier lady are so rude .. not smiling and strict words "no welcoming no thank you"

I visited Gift Gallery on 16-10-2025 in the evening to purchase a few items. While shopping I realized I also needed a phone cover, so I went to the mobile accessories section. I was simply trying two iPhone covers to see which one would fit my phone when a staff member who said he was in charge name Mr.Rahim rudely told me, Just try one cover and put it back. He didn’t even greet or ask, How may I help you?Instead of assisting politely, he kept arguing while I was explaining that I would buy whichever cover suited my phone and return the other. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, which spoiled our shopping experience. He even said, “If you want to take, take it otherwise, leave.” Because of such rude service, I left the store without purchasing anything. I will never recommend Gift Gallery to my family, friends, or relatives. Customer service and respect toward customers should be a priority unfortunately, this store failed to provide that.

متجر هدايا رخيصة، اذا اردت شراء مجموعة من الهدايا الرخيصة والمنوعة اعتقد ان هذا المكان تجد عنده ما تريد..

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with recommendations or to wrap my purchases beautifully. I also appreciated the cozy seating areas where I could take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee from the nearby café. Overall, the Gift Gallery Shopping Center is a delightful destination for shopping and finding special treasures. I can't wait to return for more browsing and to discover new favorites!

Ohh my goodness I never expected like this I brought this kettle 23hours before and when I boil the water 1ltr all the water licking from base of this kettle.Please return my money so I can buy from another shop I can’t wait for 14days for maintenance I am sick and I need to drink hot water regularly.

Cheap market easy to buy garments maximum things are less then 20 AED its is located in front of Al rigga metro station. Ots was nice visit من المحلات التي يوجد بيها بضاعه رخيصة

They are total scammer. And don't start me on the attitude of their staff. The cashier lady doesn't give any consideration to any issue by customer. She just want to do the bill and move the line that's it. There was one Indian guy also whose behavior and answers towards are issue was completely illogical and without any emphaty. Why they mention on their bill/invoice that you can exchange your products within 3 days with bringing receipt when they will not even do that after 30 min of purchase. My wife purchased sandals from there and tried within store at first it was feeling comfortable so we bought it. Then we go someplace else. My wife was wearing heels and she felt little uncomfortable. So we tried to use the newly bought one. She just put it on but then realize it's not good fir for her and not comfortable. She didn't walked in it. She just removed it again and wear heels again and we decided to go back to shop to exchange it. But these guys now refused to exchange it. We said that we are not asking return the money. We are trying to change it for some other pait as it is not comfortable. And that Indian guy had audacity to say that you dirty our shoes from beneath, we can't sell it to any one else. There was not even a single dust particle over the sandal and the bottom was little dusty because they themselves had dust of their shop floor. Bcoz my wife didn't wear that and walk anywhere else. These guys talk so rudely even when we wanted just to change it. And that this Indian guy said rudely if you don't like it then throw it what we will not take it back. I mean then why you mention on your receipt that exchange within 3 days. There is no damage to product also. A single wet wipe can remove whatever dust that sandal has on bottom that is also from your own shop. I recommend people to go somewhere else and try other stores. Other store s have same products but in lesser price comparing to them. They are way better than this worst store. We wanted to call the police but then decided not to as we didn't wanted to spend a single more minute facing those rude and arrogant people.

Je cherchais une boutique pour acheter des souvenirs de mon voyage ici. J'ai fait confiance aux commentaires et je ne regrette pas. J'ai trouvé des souvenirs vraiment pas cher, par exemple un lot de 6 magnets pour 1.32€, autant vous dire que je n'ai trouvé ce prix nul part ailleurs. Il y aussi des objets gravés dans du verre pour quelques euros également. Très très surprise du prix, vu toutes les boutiques que j'ai faites à Dubaï. Enfin, il est ouvert 24h/24h donc même avant/après une grosse journée pas de stress des horaires. Vraiment je recommande +++ ce magasin !

08/08/2024 Today I had a very bad shopping experience with the staff , very very poor customer service. I would never ever recommend this place as a genuine place. I personally believe every shop has staff to help the customers with their purchase, forget about the help, zero sense of humor, since 2017 I'm buying from them all the time there is old girl she's behave is not good she and me same country but she behave poor from today I will stop do shopping from this place also I will never let any of my friends go there because this place not give respect to regular customers❌️❌️❌️❌️
