Bad experience specially during Christmas time , I had many gifts to wrap it so I told them I need boxes for packing gifts, due to high expenses of the boxes I change my mind decided just wrapping , so the staff Shirley she was upset because I decided only wrapping and saying something her language which mean no customer care at all , they need proper training 🙏🏻

I went to the gift wrap boutique after completely messing up my gift wrapping, and I’m so glad I did. Really beautiful elegant wrapping, with a large variety of paper choices. Shirley and Lanie were really friendly and professional and did such a wonderful job. Will definitely be back!

Terrible service I did wrapping with silk design. Philippina female staff told me the one who supposed to do this is on day off so she is doing this. She did not know how to wrap . She keeps opening and closing . repeat it so many times. I was frustrated to look at her. In my min, I was telling myself, I could do better than her. First of all, if they want to run this business, they should put professional wrapper not someone who pretend to wrap. Second, the staff was so rude. She was almost yelling at me saying that she is trying hard to do it. It was my first time to be yelled by the staff. Seriously I don't know who is the owner who is running this business but owner needs to fix this ! Before they get more bad reputation!

Ran out of wrapping paper so wrapped my item in 2 different papers. After that the arrogant attendant said I should be happy they did it for me. I paid 200dhs and was treated as if they were doing me a favour, after doing a bad job. Owner please reach out if this is not what your company stands for!
