The Service was absolutely amazing. I never expected it to be so easy and fast. Went in with a XPG S70 1 TB M2 SSD, it stopped working after a year or so, it was recieved and replaced instantly with a brand new product after verifying the warranty period. The new product was mentioned to have the exact warranty duration as the previous one.

Vaise to ek star bhi nahi dena chahta mai in logo ko. Par achchha hai mera motherboard to wapis Mila. Maine to woh ummid bhi chhod Di thi. 10 din laga diye in logo ne problem check karne mai. Mere 236 rs kharch karne ka koi fayda nahi huaa. 10 din baad bhi accurate problem kya hai yeh log bata nahi paye. 2,950 rs kharcha kaise bataya meri to yahi samajhme nahi aaya. Ek aur baat mail ka koi javab nahi dete yeh log. Savdhan... Dosto Inse business aur bharosa mat karna kabhi.

My gigabyte PSU/SMPS unit was somehow stopped working after using for almost 3 years, and They replaced it to me, no question asked and replaced. ( It was in warranty and it was under the replacement criteria ) But yeah it all went smoothly. The staff is also good and cooperative.

Very very good experience with gigabyte service center.. it took less than 5 minutes to get New PSU in RMA with no questions asked.That Counter Guy Dhaval is very helpful and friendly.

I had given my laptop for the repair of the display and had been assured it would be done within 2-3 days after the part arrives. On the 2nd day I'm told that they are testing the display and I can collect it on the 3rd day. On the 3rd day they call me to "verify" whether the display is coming or not. I am told that I will get an "update" on the next week. I keep asking them what is happening they just say that they are "verifying" there is no transparency about the status of the repair or if there is a problem that has happened. They just say they are verifying and they will update me next week. If it was going to take so long then why was I told that I would get it in 3 days. There is no transparency with the customer. They talked to in complete non sense, not telling me anything about what exactly happened. Terrible service customer service, even the location marked on the maps is wrong

Suspicious Warranty Practices – Be Cautious They may be an authorized Gigabyte service center, but their practices are highly questionable. They often label legitimate warranty cases as "CID" (Customer Induced Damage) to avoid honoring the warranty. Then they offer a so-called “one-time repair attempt,” but the real concern is that they may be taking working parts and later claiming the device is unrepairable. This feels like a side business exploiting customers under the Gigabyte name. Be very cautious when handing over your hardware — especially if it's still functional.

Best place. Super quick response. Replaced the entire monitor which had some display issues. Extremely kind staff and 7 star service. Don’t go anywhere else for your GigaByte problems.
