This was my first visit, and I was welcomed very warmly — I absolutely loved Kanako! 🌸 Overall a good experience, but a few points to note: it wasn’t clear that the offer didn’t include the design at extra cost, which caused some confusion. The design I requested also wasn’t on the price list — their designs are usually 60–80 AED, but mine was quoted at 100 AED for a simple airbrush (listed as “color gradient” on the menu, though I was told it was somehow different). They did offer a 10% discount if I wrote a review, so here I am :) I also came specifically for hard gel but found out only acrylic is available for extensions, which I don’t prefer. I did one nail extension which was a bit stressful at first (with 2–3 technicians working on it), but thankfully a senior technician stepped in and fixed it beautifully.

This is the first time I visited the cozy cute nail saloon in Barsha Mall. All the lovely staff greeted was smiling and very professional. My nails were done by Yumi and she was so professional, sweet and kind. She is a perfectionist and did the French nails with so much care. She ensured that the tips were measured and exact in size. I would highly recommend Ginza Saloon if you want to get your nails done or want the perfect eye lashes

Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end! The staff was respectful, well-trained, and clearly passionate about their work. Everything was organized and completed on time without any issues. I really appreciate the smooth process and transparent communication. It’s great to see a company that truly cares about its customers. I’ll gladly recommend them and use their services again. The most underrated nail salon ever. This is my first time there and it’s gonna be my second home. All workers are extremely nice and it’s so quiet there and relaxing and they also offer you drinks and give you a Japanese cookie. Let’s talk about how professional they are, I’m literally so in love with my nails, they’re so clean and neat. Everything was 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends and even strangers. I LOVE this salon so much, worth every dirham.

I did my eyelashes for the first time and I loved the experience. Literally the best eyelashes I’ve ever done. I’ve been searching for this technique for a long time. Never find it in any other salon except here. Lovely staff great service and I love the lashes. The lady is so talented. Tucked in unassuming Al Barsha Mall, is the nicest nail salon in town. Ginza is full of professional and highly skilled nail artists, and equipped with high quality products. The nail art here is unmatched, and the attention to details is amazing. The place itself has a nice and calming atmosphere unlike most nail places where it tends to be loud with chatters and music.

I visited this cozy studio for the first time today. I was doing manicure. I had a master Yumi, she is so cute and professional. And I liked this studio. So cozy atmosphere, so friendly and nice staff. Btw, all the masters are from Japan. I was surprised. Excellent service. I was feeling so relaxed. I have been going to Ginza since 2 years now for nails and lashes and every single time I was so happy with the results. They are perfectionists and super professional. I had an experience in Ginza beauty salon. All staff are super friendly, accommodating and skilled. Carly did a lovely job on my gel manicure and is very talented in nail art. Riyo gave a lash lift which was done beautifully and she was able to customise the lash lift to suit me. Would recommend great salon

What a gem! I’m so happy to have found this place. I usually drag sitting in a salon chair for 1 hour plus, but at Ginza I’ve had such a pleasant experience, I can’t wait to come back. The staff (both reception and technicians) are very experienced and intuitive and made me feel like I was in good hands. They are also very friendly and accommodating, providing hospitality at its best. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Very good experience. The service was really good and Minu did my manicure patiently and did a great job. Also Ayano was also nice and did my pedi. Really happy with the output. Expensive but worth the price too.
