Do NOT take your items here for servicing. Ever. This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The work carried out was completely unprofessional, parts were removed during servicing and not reinstalled, with no explanation or accountability. When this was raised, the staff became verbally aggressive instead of taking responsibility. There was no care, no transparency, and absolutely no respect for the customer. If you value your equipment, your time, or basic human decency, avoid this place entirely. I wouldn’t recommend them under any circumstances.

Definitely has a wide variety of bathroom items to pick from, superior quality and great customer service. I had to return a product soon after purchasing, because it was not what I thought it was, and the return was handled very professionally. Would recommend this place.

They have quality bathroom fixtures. A bit pricey but worth the quality. Staff is very helpful. They prefer bank transfers or cash rather card payments.

A good place to buy American standard bathroom fittings

Most horrible place to get branded bathroom wares. Please never step in. We got 2 Kohler commends in last year November to our villa in Anuradhapura and found that the seat covers were not matching. We informed Gismo 5-6 times where no one was responsible for finding the appropriate one saying that shipments are late. Ultimately 2 weeks back they informed that they got it and asked us to send the current covers completely forgetting that it was their fault. We spent on labor charges to remove that and sent there. They refused to issue the correct one saying some nails were missing and asked for additional money as the new ones size is large. I wonder whether we have done any mistake to buy things from such a horrible company This was the worst experience I experienced from a shop who sells branded items.

Well stocked with good quality bathroom suites. I went to buy a replacement item and was dismayed to find that they are now importing only white colour. That is letting down customers who relied on them.
