It is a good place for short trekking as it's in a city location and is in the vicinity of Dr.BAMU, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar. I suggest to go for sunrise or sunset. And in Rainy seasons it will give you the best experience. Avoid night treks!! Carry your own water bottle as there are little or no source except few shops near the footing of the hill.

Beautiful Hill. You have two routes to climb the hill. So many people come there for trekking and workout. The view from the top is so beautiful. If you want to experience privacy and nature you shall go to the hill on weekdays because, on weekends, the place is a little more occupied by the crowd. There is parking available outside of the entrance gate for visitors.

Goga Baba Hill is the perfect and easily accessible spot for nature lovers, trekkers, and hikers in Sambhaji Nagar city. Located near Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Gate, this hill comes to life in its full glory during the monsoon season. There are two ways to climb Goga Baba Hill. The front way has a high elevation gain and can be quite challenging, especially for newcomers. It might get slippery during rain, but it takes you directly to the Goga Baba Temple. The right side offers an easier climb, mostly involving walking and is recommended for small children. After reaching the top flat area, a climb to the left leads to the temple, while taking the right leads to the Aurangabad Caves hill top. On Sundays, the hill is mostly crowded, so it's not ideal if you're looking for peace and quality time with family. After heavy rain, fog covers the entire hill, making it feel like a Sahyadri hill station. To truly experience the beauty of Goga Baba Hill, you have to sacrifice your sleep in the morning and visit before sunrise. The serene and picturesque views make it all worth it. Enjoy your visit!

Health and fitness enthusiasts must visit this place. Early morning will be the best time to start climbing. Unfortunately I chosen Sunday for trek and to my surprise the was crowded like hell. Overall experience was good. You would spot some goons around that better ignored.

Nice moderate trek near Aurangabad University. Have hiked this daily for six months. There are two ways to reach the top.... one is short but very steep and challenging and the other is longer but easier to get to the scenic top of the hill. There are many spots to get an amazing view of the city scape.

Good place to visit. Tis is not so big to spend more time & petrol. We visited Becoz it's near to Bibi ka maqbara. You can also visit at morning. To see the sunrise. In weekend , many local used to climb there and spend some time on the peak. Bibi ka maqbara opens at 8am only. Before that you can finish this spot. Spend some time there.

Best place of trekking in Aurangabad. It has 2 routes to go up. One takes around 25 mins , is steep and slight tricky while the other can be climbed easily and takes around 45 mins. Its a very beautiful place for sunset and amazing point for photography . People are extremely friendly and a person helped us to show the path. Its important that you don't carry anything heavy and wear trekking shoes.

On reaching on the top you will see Surrounding place is looks very beautiful...and wonderful. If you want to feel very adventurous Go on rainy season and go from back side of the hill from top of the Aurangabad caves bcoz in rainy season there's a lot of of smoke spreaded every where on the hill. People enjoyed a lot and it definitely makes your day very happy....

Nice spot for a short trek in Aurangabad. One of the very few places in Aurangabad that are in proximity with nature. Space for parking available at the bottom of the hill. Just remember to descend from the rear side of the hill and not from where you climbed. From the rear side you can also go the Hanuman Tekdi.
