It was a good experience better than the Focus Mall and better connectivity then the HiLite Mall AMBIENCE Gokulam Galleria has a pleasant and comfortable ambience. The mall is spacious, well-lit, and feels relaxed while walking around. It doesn’t feel too congested on weekdays and is suitable for families as well as casual visits. PARKING Parking is convenient and fairly well organized. There is sufficient space, and entry and exit are smooth without much confusion, which is a big plus in a busy area. CLEANLINESS Cleanliness is well maintained throughout the mall. The corridors, seating areas, and restrooms are regularly cleaned, making the overall experience neat and comfortable. SHOPS The mall has a good mix of popular brands and regular shopping outlets. Stores like Pantaloons, Westside, Shoppers Stop, and other lifestyle and fashion brands are available, making it a good place for everyday shopping as well as branded purchases. FOOD COURT The food court is decent but has limited options. During weekends, it gets quite crowded, and most of the seating is usually fully occupied, making it a bit difficult to find a place to sit. Visited Gokulam Galleria Mall on a weekday and had a pleasant, unhurried experience. Since it was not crowded, moving around the mall was easy and comfortable. One of my main stops was Crossword, and it was easily the highlight of the visit. The store has a very good collection of books, covering both fiction and non-fiction. From popular titles to serious reads, the selection is well curated, making it a good place for book lovers to spend time browsing. I also visited BEVCO, which has a solid collection of premium Indian and foreign-made liquor. Notably, the famed Indian single malts Amrut and Paul John are available, which is a big plus for whisky enthusiasts. The outlet was well organized and professionally managed. The food court is another strong point of the mall. It is spacious and offers plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, catering to different tastes and budgets. It’s a convenient place to take a break after shopping. Apart from this, the mall has a good number of clothing and lifestyle stores, covering everyday wear as well as branded options. Overall, Gokulam Galleria is a well-rounded mall that works especially well on weekdays if you prefer a calm shopping experience.

Visited Gokulam Galleria, a compact but well-organized mall with most of the popular brand outlets available. Inside, there is also Nesto Hypermarket, which is very convenient for everyday shopping, and a Cinépolis Kozhikode multiplex for movie lovers. The biggest highlight is its prime location in the heart of Kozhikode city—very close to Baby Memorial Hospital and within walkable distance from the New Private Bus Stand. While the surrounding area outside is not very spacious, the mall’s exterior ambience is pleasant, and you can spend some relaxed time in the outside seating areas. Overall, a convenient city-center mall for shopping, groceries, dining, and movies. 👍

A perfect place for shopping, dining and entertainment with various national and international brands. The mall is also spacious and hence you feel very relaxed to walk through. Parking space is well arranged with basement and multi level parking.

I really loved the wheelchair accessible ramp in this mall. Most buildings set up ramps just for namesake, but here they have setup the ramp to be functional to any person coming with a wheelchair. This is truly appreciatable. Overall loved the experience.

Gokulam Mall is definitely one of the top spots in Kozhikode. The thing that really stands out to me is how incredibly clean the entire place is. From the shopping areas to the food court and even the restrooms, everything is very well maintained and tidy. It makes for a much more pleasant and comfortable experience.

They have come up with a great initiative of avoiding tissue papers in the washrooms. But where they failed is in keeping the washrooms clean and dry especially in the case of not having tissue papers. The toilets are dirty and wet all around. The toilet cleaning staff has one answer to all questions - Pata Nahi. (I don’t know) When you make a change. Change it for good from all ends. Not just to save your own money

A decent mall within the city limits considering Hi Lite Mall is sort out outside the city! Ample parking, a very good array of stores , well lit and air conditioned interiors. The food court is definitely a plus with a nice balcony seating arrangement that gives a decent view of the city!

After my studies, working for few years in New Delhi and Bombay (currently known as Mumbai) I shifted my professional base to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by taking an offer from a subsidiary of a Japanese power tools manufacturing company. The subsidiary was responsible for looking after their interest in the Middle East, CIS and African countries. I was appointed in their sales & marketing division reporting to the Managing Director. Later, looking at my capabilities in handling customers, I was also made in charge of Customer Service and Business Analysis division. Worked with the company for over three decades and decided to be back in India, the booming market to relax and give consultancy to corporate customers in Customer Service. Coming back, after seeing many national and international malls (especially the ones in Dubai), I found Gokulam mall an excellent place for relaxed shopping of national and international brands at your ease. The mall is very spacious so are the stores. Apart from the food court on the top floor you have choices of three other tasty cozy restaurants in the mall. We had our dinner from the “North Rasoi by Chef Pillai” restaurant. The food, ambience and the staff behavior were excellent. In other words each paise you spent there is worth. When we visited the mall last (23.04.2025) it was not crowded as it was a Wednesday evening, that also after a heavy summer rain with thunder and lightning. We reached the mall at 7:30 p.m. The mall was fully decorated with lights and from some stores we could hear fantastic music. I remember the number played at one of the stores was “careless whisper” which is one of my favorite song. I was with my wife and two daughters. We had a very nice and relaxed shopping at the stores of our choice. Later we had dinner at “North Rasoi by Chef Pillai”, situated on the 1st floor of the mall. Later went to the food court and got some favorite food for our driver (this time from Chick King). It’s not good to do a comparison of the malls in Calicut as all are special for this or that. But I enjoyed my shopping and dining at this mall which is strategically located with easy access from the road. Please do visit this mall and experience the relaxing environment. Spend an evening over here and take away lot of good memories. Once you visit the mall, am sure you will become a frequent visitor

I had a highly frustrating experience at Cinepolis, Gokulam Mall today (March 28th) for the 9:00 AM show of Duradar. Despite having pre-booked my tickets, the mall management completely ruined the experience before the movie even started. When I arrived on my two-wheeler, security denied me entry to the mall's parking lot, simply stating that the "parking staff was not available yet." Instead of offering a practical solution, they told me to park my bike outside on the main road. This is incredibly irresponsible, as the road outside the mall is a strict no-parking zone. Leaving a vehicle there means risking heavy traffic fines or getting towed. If Cinepolis and Gokulam Mall are going to schedule 9:00 AM shows, it is their basic responsibility to ensure that parking facilities are fully operational for their paying customers. Expecting us to illegally park our vehicles on the street is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer care. I strongly suggest that everyone avoid booking morning shows here unless you want to start your day stressing over parking and risking a fine. The hassle simply isn't worth it.

One of best mall in Kozhikode town. The PARKING FEEwas updated from 20rupees to 30rupees from January 1,2024, for 4 wheelers. The cleanliness,staffs behaviour are very well mannered. You can spend hours here without any boaring. The balcony view and sitting there was very pleasant experience.

This is a best Mall in town compired to lulu , RP, and focus etc. Good Parking space. You will find a full Car wash centre also (charges are on the higher side). The mall has all essentials brands, and amenities.

Watched a movie at a mall theatre recently, and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The ticket price itself is already high, but the food inside is ridiculously expensive for the quality and quantity offered. It feels more like they’re forcing you to spend rather than enhancing the experience. On top of that, there are way too many advertisements before the movie starts. It completely kills the excitement and feels like a waste of time when you’ve paid for a premium experience. Parking is another issue — charging high parking fees even after spending on tickets and food is simply unacceptable. Overall, the movie was good, but the theatre experience didn’t justify the cost. Definitely needs improvement in pricing, ad duration, and customer consideration.
