We had a wonderful stay at Golden Sands Hotel & Residences for 3 days with family. We came from Abu Dhabi and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. All the services were very good, and the staff were polite and supportive. Special highlights to OBAYDULLAH for the excellent cleaning service. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and well maintained. His hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay more comfortable and relaxing. He was very friendly, helpful, and always ensured everything was perfect for our family. This is one of the best family hotels in the area with affordable prices and great hospitality. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, peaceful, and economical place to stay in Dubai.

From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. A special mention to Mr.Vicky at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. It's rare to come across someone so attentive and genuinely kind — he truly set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight — a great spread with something to satisfy every palate, served in a pleasant setting. What really sets this hotel apart is its people. The entire team carries a welcoming spirit that makes guests feel valued throughout their stay. The service was consistently good from start from security Vignesh to finish with bell boy Anas Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Golden Sands Hotel & Residences (opposite Sahara Center) and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the outside, I had no idea the hotel would be so beautifully maintained and well-kept inside. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was extremely supportive and professional. I would especially like to mention Mr. Vicky. On the day of our stay, my mother suddenly became very unwell as her sugar levels dropped. The staff immediately arranged a room without delay and took such good care of her. I had to step out for some time, but they stayed connected with me and ensured she was safe and comfortable. Every request I made was handled promptly and with kindness. Mr. Vicky was incredibly proactive, humble, and genuinely caring. His support during that stressful moment meant a lot to me and my family.Also Mr S who was at reception cannot remember his name, beforeMr Vicky tookover to support. Thank you, Golden Sands, for such a pleasant and reassuring stay. We truly appreciate your support and hospitality.

I had a very disappointing experience at Golden Sands and Residence. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was approximately 3 centimeters of dust under the bed and visible dust throughout the entire room. For anyone with dust allergies, this environment would be extremely uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. It did not feel properly cleaned at all. We also found a roach in the kitchen area, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards. I contacted the manager, Joanne, to report these issues. She responded politely and apologized, but no action was taken to resolve the situation during our stay. The room was not cleaned properly after the complaint, and the pest issue was not addressed. I have video proof documenting the condition of the room. Additionally, my security deposit has not been returned, without any clear explanation. There was no damage caused during our stay, so this is very concerning. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Cleanliness and fair handling of deposits are basic expectations. Unfortunately, neither was met here. I would not recommend staying at this property, especially for anyone who values hygiene, transparency, and professional management.

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Sands Hotel in Sharjah. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall service was good. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms including bedding, towels and service areas were clean. Meals options during breakfast, lunch and dinner were limited but food was good overall. Staff Bimala in kitchen department was very polite, helpful and always available to answer my questions. She showed her professionalism truly. Hotel location was opposite to a shopping mall, which was very convenient. In overall, I had a pleasant stay and satisfied with the service.

Location was great, near the shopping mall. Staff were kind and caring. Housekeeping were responsive without delaying our requests. Zin receptionist was very kind and allowed us a slight delayed check out because our flight was late. Obaydullah from housekeeping was very helpful and cleaned our room as requested. The check-in process was quick and swift as we were tired from travelling. Thank you.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, enhanced by their good services. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with good service and items even available on demand. Mr. Hein was humble in serving us in the restaurant. Attention for the kids and facilities in the kids' club were amazing.

I had a great experience during my stay. Jacqueline, Arun, and Rohan provided excellent service both in the restaurant and through room service — always attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently delicious and well-presented. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the team’s effort and hospitality. Highly recommended!

5/5 ★ Visited for the breakfast buffet and was really impressed. The spread had a great variety: fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, eggs made to order, and local options. Quality was top-notch. Arun deserves a special mention — super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. Excellent service like his really elevates the experience. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the overall experience was made truly special because of the excellent service. A special mention to Apoorv from Elysian restaurant F&B team whose hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. His service genuinely made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Very disappointing stay : not suitable for 4 people I booked a 2 BHK apartment for four persons, but the experience was very poor. There are no attached bathrooms. Both bathrooms are common, and one is located near the main door. At night, you have to walk through the living and dining area to use the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. One bedroom was okay, but the second bedroom was very small. I requested king size beds, but both rooms had two single beds. After complaining, the staff joined the beds in only one room. The second room remained small and uncomfortable. Even though the booking was for four people, amenities were provided only for one person: - Only one water bottle - Coffee, sugar, and tea for just one guest - Towels were insufficient The kitchen was missing basic items like hand wash and dishwashing liquid, which we had to buy outside. Pool access was also inconvenient. The pool is small, has limited hours, and requires passing through the lobby. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations at all. I have stayed in better hotel apartments before with much better service. I do not recommend this place, especially for families or groups.

We went to the hotel, and its location was beautiful, right in front of the mall. However, when we entered the parking area, we found that it was very small for cars and difficult to navigate in. As for the rooms, they had a strong wood smell or another unusual odor, especially in the kitchen area. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and there were bird poop on the balcony. We were supposed to continue our stay at the hotel, but on the second day, one of our family members became ill due to sensitivity to the dust and the odor. Later, other family members also became sick. Despite these issues, the staff were very kind, professional, and courteous in their dealings with us.

Joan the Filipino lady who is the ASM (if I’m not misteken) was so polite and helpful. She’s very approachable and make sure we have what we need. Well done, that makes our 10 days staff happy. Room is spacious, just make sure cigarette smells are remove before another customer comes.

The hotel is excellent after the renovation. The apartments are very clean and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The waitress (Bimala) was wonderful and friendly.
