It’s a local Pakistani market for those who are looking for specific products. They also stock usual grocery items. The price point is on the high side for certain products as it’s a convenience store. I have been to other Pakistani stores, the only difference being is the variety of products available. Would visit again at some point.

Super nice, polite and friendly staff. They are helpful and always greet customers in a nice manner. The prices are high, but as a 24hours grocery store its just fine. To make big purchases we go to the hypermarket, but when we are in a rush this store always comes very handy. The quality of the products, fruits and vegetables is nice, all fresh.

I was there today 20/05/2025 at 10:10 AM just to swing by to buy a vape and guess what they sold a used one !! I got suspicious while putting it in my pocket when I felt that lid was torn apart and I decided to open it in front of the cashier, and to my surprise the sealing bag was completely open it was held together with cello tape and there was no silicone seal on the top of the vape proving it was a used one !! What a disgrace !! I will never buy anything there again !! Also It is the only (previously in my mind respectable) market that does NOT give any receipts !!

All the employees, no exception, they are all very polite, friendly and helpful. Every time I call asking for delivery, if they cannot answer - which happened once, they call me back. And they bring me whatever I asked for, rapidly and exactly as I wanted. The market is spotless and beautifully organized. I specially like the fruits session. They are always disposed as per an art exposition! The best there, still, is its employees. The staff! Thank you guys, for being always so helpful and friendly!!! Giuliana Giusti

The products are actually good but the main and major problem is the cashier does not give any receipt. I experienced several times specially in the afternoon. I couldn't have my receipt not unless i will ask for it. I think the management should look into that matter.

Excellent customer service and great staff. Home delivery is always very fast and efficient, specially if you are lucky to get Melanie on the phone, she knows very well the products what makes it easier once you want to place your order.

Few months ago they sold me a chicken that has gone bad. I bought it come back home opened the package and grabbed the chicken to wash, the smell was just horrible. I had to was my hand for a while with lemon vinegar and hand-wash. The expiry date was fine but the chicken not so much. After since the manager of the shop apologised I start going there but only to by fruits and vegetables. On the 8th of April 2022 around 11:20am I called to ask why there have been a mix up since 3 times when I asked for delivery with card payment the delivery people kept coming with out one.. this lady who answered the call after my question she kept quite and when I say hello are you there.. she hangup the phone on my ears.. no explanation, no sorry, no call back... By far I found the staff really mean and really unwelcoming, the only super market in Dubai where they hangup on a phone on your ears.

Nice and clean supermarket in DSO. They deliver 24hours and the place is always super clean and organised. Staff are always very helpful and cheerful too. And their freshly baked pastries are mouth watering fresh and delicious too.. Check them out for sure...

No patient, Rude and not friendly. The Filipino cashiers always give you attitude. After few times experiences, we all prefer Carrefour now. Cheaper and nicer. The most important thing is Carrefour have warm greeting from the happy cashier.

A small yet complete supermarket working 24/7. The staff are very friendly and will deliver very fast if you're living in the seven towers complex. Prices are fair and their vegetables and fruits are fresh and cheap. They offer fresh bakery and snacks. A collection of organic and gluten free items are available too.

So far every time I choose something from the shelf and then go to pay they tell me a different amount. Of course 5-10-15 AED more than what's mentioned on the shelf. It's such a shame that they never update their prices 😕😕😕😕

This is simply the best place to get your groceries in DSO. Great service. Clean and well organized store. Very reasonable prices. They even have a delivery service, which we occasionally use.

Staff are the most friendly staff at any market in Dubai, Maryam is always very friendly and nice, madam josephine is so helpful helpful for customers and her staff too i see them always working in a stress free environment and thats because of their great leaders.. Thanks to every team member in this market they are all amazing 🏅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
