یه هتل خوب و عالی برای اقامت در کلمبو با ویو رو به دریا و داشتن بالکن جذاب در طبقه اول و استخر سرباز و بسیار جذاب در طبقه ۲۷،پرسنل بسیار خوش برخورد.میتونید اوقات خوشی تو این هتل داشته باشید. یه شدت توصیه میشه این هتل.

طراحی مدرن و جالبی داره این هتل. خیلی مد روز هست در واقع. توالت هوشمند و بند و بساط. نقطه ضعفش غذاست. از پنجره‌ی اتاقتون ایستگاه قطار رو می بینید و از لابی هتل هم می‌تونید جانبازی مردم سریلانکا رو در راه آویزان شدن از قطار ببینید

We had a fantastic stay at the Granbell Hotel Colombo. The hotel is beautiful, with modern facilities and a great atmosphere throughout. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool and bar, which offered stunning ocean views and was the perfect place to relax, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were fortunate to have a balcony with spectacular views, which made our stay even more memorable. Waking up each morning to the scenery was surreal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommended them for anyone visiting Colombo.

Next Level Stay - Absolutely Loved It! We stayed in a Standard Double Room with a city view for one night, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. The rooms are truly next level—modern, exceptionally clean, and the city view was fantastic. What really made our stay stand out was the staff. They are so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly generous. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. If you are looking for an amazing stay with top-notch service and beautiful rooms, this is the place. Loved every bit of it and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Wir sind hier wegen des Irakkriegs ein paar Tage gestrandet, bevor die Preise in die Höhe geschnellt sind und wir das Hotel verlassen haben. Was uns im Vorfeld genervt hat: Wir haben die Unterkunft über sämtliche Kanäle wegen einer Buchungsfrage kontaktiert - haben aber nie eine Info bekommen. Telefonisch konnte man uns auch nicht weiterhelfen. Bitte arbeitet dran ! Vor Ort waren die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und haben uns alles möglich gemach - tausend Dank dafür 💞 mein Freund hatte Geburtstag und sie haben - nach Info meinerseits - einen Kuchen vorbeigebracht Wir hatten einmal das Frühstück für 15 € pro Person. Das war reichlich. Viele warme Gerichte und Variationen. Das Frühstück gibt es mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer waren schön - wir hatten einmal den Meerblick und einmal den Stadtblick Der Pool und die Rooftop-Bar sind das Highlight. Empfehle den Spicy Mango Attack ✌🏻 die Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten war nicht so gut - der Reis mit Meeresfrüchten war besser. Notice: Beim Pool gibt es nicht ausreichend Liegen und zum Sommenuntergang kann es dort oben ganz schön voll werden. Also bitte nicht einfach Liegen reservieren. Danke 🙏🏻 Im Meer vor der Tür kann man nicht baden. Dort verläuft eine Bahnstrecke

Had an excellent stay at Granbell Hotel Colombo. Rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were warm and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Our favorite part was the rooftop pool/bar,the sunset view over Colombo skyline is absolutely stunning. You can even spot the Kollupitiya railway track winding through the city from up there, which made the evenings even more scenic. Breakfast had good variety and service was quick. Great value for money and right in the heart of Colombo. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful especially Gyruka and Mr Nadum. We were having a tough time in checking in as our reservation wasn't reflected in their system. Mr Nadum quickly assured us that this issue will be resolved and we really appreciated his timely intervention. Gyruka helped us when we returned to the hotel and ensured that our key card worked in our room. Many thanks to the other staff who attended to our different needs.

Must stay here if ever in Colombo. Top notch service, there's no smoking in the rooms, it's very well maintained and has the best infinity pool in town. Not too expensive if you want a room without a balcony. But take the ones with a balcony. It's a gorgeous Japanese and lankan fusion hi-tech hotel. Gorgeous views of the famous trains by the beach as well.

We chose it over many other 5 star hotels due to its infinity pool and sea view rooms. The only other hotel in consideration was Marino beach. pool was small but clean with stunning infinity views. Nice city views from bar there as well. Rooms have good bathrooms with automated western commode. Full glass window/wall giving excellent sea vies from the rooms. The sofa seats in the rooms were skidding though. We did not like it. Room service was timely and Indian food was good. We did not try breakfast. nice reception staff. Reception at the first floor.

Super tolles Hotel! Alles war perfekt und es sah in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos aus. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Pool auf dem Dach war auch super, man hatte eine tolle Aussicht; vorallem zum Sonnenuntergang. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Man muss nur beachten, dass eine Service Pauschale dazukommt und Steuern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Colombo We stayed at Granbell Hotel Colombo for two nights as I had a meeting and a wedding to attend on both days, and we were looking for a centrally located hotel that would make it easy for us to get in and out of the city. Since we had not stayed at Granbell before, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try it. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. I contacted Roshain prior to our stay, and he was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. He assisted us with a very good rate and also helped with our request for a late checkout, as my meeting was finishing late on the day of departure. The hotel kindly obliged, which made a big difference to our plans. When my wife and I checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The room itself was immaculate, with excellent amenities and a very sophisticated bathroom, including Japanese toilets. The view from both the balcony and the bathroom was simply breathtaking. Room service was also very good. Although we did not get a chance to experience all the facilities, we did use the pool and the rooftop bar, and once again, the views were stunning. A very special touch was the personal welcome message from the General Manager, along with a souvenir. This was completely unexpected and made us feel truly special. From start to finish, we felt pampered like royalty. The car park is also fairly spacious, with separate lifts, which is very convenient. Oh and they have a super wine selection too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. We cannot recommend Granbell Hotel Colombo enough.

Granbell is one of the best value-for-money hotels in the heart of Colombo. It features a lovely infinity pool, a well-equipped gym, and spotless rooms. One standout aspect of my stay was the spa. Hasitha, the masseuse, was exceptional—her deep tissue massage was outstanding, and she clearly understood pressure points and areas of tension. It was truly amazing to have such a skilled professional on staff, making the experience both highly effective and very relaxing. I was so impressed that I extended my stay just to enjoy another session before heading back to Poland. Thank you, Granbell—you have excellent staff and a great understanding of customer needs.

We visited the Granbell Hotel Colombo for their high tea buffet and had a really wonderful experience. The variety of food was impressive, with lots of options, and everything we tried was very delicious. The quality and presentation made it feel well worth the price. The view from the restaurant is a beautiful sea view, which makes the whole experience even more special. Watching the ocean while enjoying high tea really adds a relaxing and premium feel to the visit. What stood out the most is that it didn’t feel like a typical high tea at all—it felt more like a full lunch or dinner buffet. There were many items available, including proper meat and curry dishes, which is quite rare for a high tea setup. Most other hotels don’t offer this level of variety, so it felt unique and more satisfying. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Another big plus is that they allow guests to visit the rooftop pool area, unlike many hotels that restrict it to in-house guests even after spending a lot. Overall, it was an excellent experience with delicious food, a wide variety of dishes, stunning sea views, and great value for money. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for something more than a traditional high tea in Colombo.

Хороший, добротный отель. Очень красивый вид из номера. Можно наслаждаться океаном не вставая с постели. Современный санузел с хорошими средствами по уходу. Очень чисто, удобно, персонал незаметно делает все что нео́бходимо для вашего отдыха. На крыше замечательный бассейн с обалденный видом.

The hotel is located on the Marine Drive in a less crowded area. It offers great view from the sea facing side. We stayed here for three nights in a standard room. The room size is just about adequate. If is decently furnished and provided with all amenities. Large bathroom with a bathtub is very nice. What is missing is a wardrobe!! Instead a cloth rack with hangars is provided- which is not very convenient. The restaurant offers sumptuous multi cuisine breakfast and dinner( we didn’t have lunch here) spread - delicious variety of food. The live counter offers various local dishes. Drinks can be ordered in the restaurant. The restaurant gets overcrowded during peak hours- an indicator of capacity inadequacy. On the top floor, there is an infinity pool on one side offering sea view and a bar on the city side which offers great views at night. Health club and spa is also available in this hotel. There is ample parking in the basement. Overall it offered a great stay experience.

We loved this place. The pool and bar area on the rooftop is amazing, although few places to lounge by the pool. Its more for swimming. The rooms were small compared to other hotels we staying in but were nicely set out. The only down side was the nosie from the train and the loud aircon. It was fine for us as only stayed one night.

The hotel is really great, very old school aesthetic. The infinity pool at the rooftop is a great highlight. The location is a massive winner. Its not even a 2 min walk to the ocean views. The room has great views too. The breakfast was also really great. Very healthy and varied options. The amenities are basic, the check in process was slightly slow.

Love the vibe and feel of the place. Love that the reception is tucked away on floor 1 so there isnt so much congestion as people go through the hotel and a bit more privacy. Gorgeous pool and roof top bar. Rooms are clean and I didnt know how much I needed a smart toilet till i stayed here! Lovely breakfast spread and the STAFF are so kind and attentive. Especially Ranil, who always greeted us at breakfast, made sure we were okay and was helpful with our toddler too. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
