Lobby: is good, but quite small Restaurant: is good, but the cooking is so so Toilet for guest: only 2, the sink was broken, the cleanliness is so bad. Indonesian citizen mainly the cause of watered floor at this toilet! Ugh Room: decent, AC is working well, wifi is good, amenities were ok Location: 5 minutes walking to gate 328 masjid nabawi

Not very happy. After a long day of walking for the women folk one would like to come back & relax. That was not possible as the aircons were working but they were unable to switch off resulting in the room being icy cold and the guests getting sick!! A good nights sleep is not achieved as the aircon blocks up a persons nose resulting in uncomfort the entire night 👎 Breakfast was standard everyday. The waiters come to your table to clean up while you still busy & there was not much of a variety of food. The hotel should employ people who can speak various languages As it is very difficult to communicate with the staff members when they do not understand our requirements. The bathroom is of poor condition and only 1 toilet roll is given. We were 5 guests and that was not enough for us. We were declined more toilet roll when we asked. Tissue boxes were not placed in the room at all besides the first day. I mean really with the icy cold room resulting in guests getting sick and only 1 roll of toilet paper what do they expect us to use 👎👎👎👎 apologies but I would not return to the hotel or recommend it to anyone in the future.

Pros: Very close to Al Haram and plenty of markets along the same road as the hotel. Good AC. Cons: Room was very small. 3 beds were squeezed into what was actually a room designed for 2 beds so very cramped for space. Staff not very helpful. Overall a good hotel with excellent proximity to the Masjid.

Pathetic. Don't book this hotel. Its not worth the money. I am currently in a secluded box type room which does not have enough space for namaz. The bathroom door lock doesn't work. One of the two lights in bathroom is fused. So only shower section has light. Worst of all the room is poorly lit. The room only has two small lights on one wall . No large Central light nor smaller ones on multiple walls. Also the staff is uncooperative. I went to reception the first time and the attendant made an unpleasant face and passed the request to other person. And i have requested a new room twice yet their answer is always like' come tommorow after asr or come after asr' but they are interested in solving ur problem.

Pros: + Free WiFi (average speed) + Proximity from Masjid Nabawi (not for ladies entrance) Cons: - Parking space just 14 cars out of which 6 are reserved for the hotel staff - Mannerless, rude and careless customer service officers - No on-call room service - No iron, shampoo, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, bath slippers, kettle - Poor bathroom space The rooms are small, and the bathing area is literally cramped and you can't turn or bend. The toilet is so small that the door touches the commode. The service is extremely poor, and in fact, no one answers your phone calls to the room service or reception. The hotel failed to provide basic things like an iron for clothes and a kettle, for which I had to ask them daily until we finally checked out, but we didn't get the things we asked. And not to forget, we had to manage with just one soap bar and two shower gels in our entire stay, because no one was bringing those things for us even after asking repeatedly. Over that, NO shampoo! No lamps are connected to power supply, because there is no socket to plug-in the lamps. The guys there literally scolded me not to call for iron, kettle, shampoo etc. Rating: Service - 0/5 (probably negative rating) Proximity - 3/5 Staff - 0/5 Amenities - 0/5 WiFi speed - 3/5 Cleanliness - 1/5

I did stay in this hotel like three days they was urbik people to working front desk nobody speak English and I need to extend One Day More and every prayer time I go visit the desk and they said come back later to my manager going to be here he will speak English and he will extend your one day 3 days every prayer time I go to the desk the last night was there and I went and they said come back after the prayer off Isha but I take a lot of time in masjid when I came back around 1 I went in my room and they lock my room they said today was last night to check out and you didn't check out and I told them I am coming every day to extend the day but no one here is not my fault and that was one already at night and I have to leave after fajr prayer and they make me pay the night and they open the door for me I didn't stay there even one minute and one I take my stuff and I left the hotel and then my friend leave nearby he come 1 in the morning and he pick me up and hey take me to East apartment my friend is here for work I stay and he's apartment like five hour and I pray for sure I went back to Makkah they make me pay that night for nothing but that's why I'm going to give them 000 * very bad customer service no English that was tough night for me and they are so so rude

Very narrow and small areas, old and dirty furniture, no room service and very noisy, interrupting and disturbing house keeping. No electricity plugs, no water boilers, no mini bar,, Wi-Fi sucks. Not recommended at all.

It’s very bad, how is possible this Hotel called 5 stars . It shouldn’t allowed to single star. Right I’m living in this Hotel. There is no glass and toilet paper for the guest.even I called duty manger, he didn’t answer and then reception I complained, he said bellboy should bring. Till now they didn’t supplied.

Near Al Haram, but cleanliness is very bad and messy urine left uncleaned. Small room with inconvenient bathroom which has changed to a good one but with the same very low level of cleaning.

الفندق بشكل عام جيد و قريب من الحرم و لكنه غير مطل عليه مباشرة تتوفر مواقف و خدمة انترنت إلا أنه لا تتوفر خصوصية للغرف و يوجد ازعاج نوعا ما و خدمات التنظيف جيدة

أسوء مكان سكنت فيه ف المدينة .. الموية ف الحمامات ضعيفة جددددا .. الغرف صغيرة جدا جدا جددددا ... المواقف ماقدرنا نوقف فيها الا مرة وحدة فقط من أصل حجز أسبوع ... لما نرمي أكياس الزبالة برا الباب مايشيلونها الا بعد 3 ساعات كسرعة قصوى من قلة العاملين .. تعبت فيه نفسيا وتحملت لقربه من الحرم .. مكتوب ف المصعد يوجد كوي ملابس و اذا دقيت عليهم تبغى كوي قالوا ماندري وماندري !!! كل شي مايدرون عنه .. يااخي كرتون فاين بالحسرة يوصلك ... ويجي مفتوح ومأخوذ منه .. فشل مو طبيعي مدري ليه فاتحين فندق .. اتصلنا عليهم عشان نعرف ايش وجبة الغدا اليوم ... قالوا رز وكاري و سلطة .. تخيلت مطبخ هندي .. نزلت لقيتها صالونة لوبا وخبزة !!
