Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments

Stayed here last May 16–17 under the 36-hour promo and booked 4 rooms (209, 509, 909 & 1704). We had such a wonderful experience because of the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, accommodating, and very well-mannered. Special thanks to 🏆 Rushmika from the morning reception team for generously upgrading all of our rooms from a Classic Studio to a 1BR unit — such a lovely gesture that made our stay extra special! Also commendation to 🏆 the guard on duty, 🏆 the housekeeping staff from the 8AM shift, And the next day staff - 🏆 Helen, 🏆 Farhan, and the housekeeping team who assisted us with cleaning and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

My stay at Grand Heights Hotel Dubai has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it an ideal place to stay whether you’re visiting Dubai for business or leisure. Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble juste quelques détails à améliorer. Points positifs : - Le personnel à l’accueil a été serviable et nous a aider à monter nos valises à notre arrivée et départ. Lorsque vous demandez un service ils sont réactifs. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. Le lit est très grand et confortable. La chambre est spacieuse. Le parking est suffisant en place libre. Petit déjeuner est assez varié, le café est bon et vous y trouverez également des viennoiseries. - Points négatifs : Certaines mâtinées des gens externes à l’hôtel viennent prendre un café au comptoir et donc cela rend l’attente excessivement longue pour les clients de l’hôtel installés sur une table. Nous avons attendu 1h pour un café un matin. Le canapé lit pour un adulte n’est pas très confortable. L’accès au parking sous terrain pour y rentrer est une catastrophe. Il faut faire 3 marches arrières pour pouvoir y rentrer.

Ce ne siamo appena andati da questa struttura fantastica. Abbiamo passato 6 giorni a Dubai, resi ancora più belli dalla comodità e dalla qualità di questo hotel. Posizione ottima, situata vicino a Dubai Marina e poco distante da Downtown. Struttura moderna, bella, pulita e confortevole. Le stanza sono dotate di tutti i comfort e tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, amichevole e disponibile con noi. Tutti i ragazzi che ci lavorano meritano 5 stelle in particolar modo George, il ragazzo della sicurezza che ci ha dato assistenza e supporto. Credo che questa struttura possa essere presa in considerazione per un soggiorno perfetto a Dubai. Grazie a tutti voi😊

Stayed here for a week to spend my birthday and honestly it was great. Staff were lovely and attentive, our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and the place was clean, tidy and well presented. Our room was on the 17th floor but we had a good view across the city. Location was great, approx 20 minute walk to the local metro train station, taxis can be ordered via hotel staff or download the careem or bolt app and taxis come to the door. Small mini market 5 minute walk away for some small essentials if required. Pleasant and enjoyable stay

Camere grandi e pulitissime ( preso l’appartamento con cucina) Servizio della hall eccellente ( augustine sempre disponibile) Piscina al piano terra molto comoda. Unica eccezione “negativa” i pasti: materie prime e cucina eccezionale. Non è a buffet ma puoi scegliere tra un antipasto ( 4 insalate), un piatto principale e un dessert o frutta. I bambini non hanno diritto né al dessert e neanche alla frutta .. o almeno così mi hanno detto fino all’ultimo giorno dove invece me l’hanno data. Ho chiesto due volte un cambio per la bambina( da spaghetti a rigatoni) e hanno sbagliato, allora ho chiesto una fetta di pane nell’attesa ( perché nel frattempo i nostri piatti erano arrivati) e anche qui mi hanno detto di no ( a parte che il pane potrebbe essere incluso nel pasto e ma in ogni caso almeno una fetta per la Bambina l’avrei data). In ultimo è incluso solo un bicchiere di acqua naturale, se vuoi altro ( anche solo un bicchiere di frizzante è a pagamento). Rivedrei questa modalità che mi sembra un po esagerata. Posizione per noi con auto perfetta perche fuori dal traffico di Dubai, però per spostarti dovunque serve auto. Per il resto davvero tutto perfetto. Se ti è stata utile la recensione lascia un like

Helen from the front desk is very attentive and focused on requests, Housekeeping are fast and reliable also. Hotel in general is clean and worth the pay and stay. Good for short and long terms vacay.

6 weeks here- excellent security, clean and welcoming. Thanks to Helen and Henry also on the reception who were efficient and courteous. This is a great place for a long stay with all you will need in the rooms including well appointed kitchens with washing machines. I will be back!

The room and overall cleaning process were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything was neat, fresh, and perfectly arranged. A special mention to Arjun — one of the finest room service professionals — for his outstanding service, polite approach, and attention to detail. Truly a pleasant and comfortable experience!

In this hotel the room service was so clean and their services are perfect and so kind... Especially house keeping persons Shankar and Virginia's services are also satisfied... Apart from that hotels infrastructure also too good... I really enjoyed it...

During my stay as a guest in the hotel, Arjun provided us an outstanding cleaning service. He was punctual, courteous, and detail-oriented. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Grand HeightDubai Hôtel Appartement, et je peux dire sans hésiter que c’est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Dès notre arrivée à 5h du matin, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme rares. L’aide pour les valises, le sourire du personnel et la qualité de l’accueil ont donné le ton d’un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Une mention toute particulière à Georges et Shamsul, dont la disponibilité, la bienveillance et le sens du service ont vraiment marqué notre expérience. La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons apprécié la présence d’une cuisine fonctionnelle et d’une machine à laver, qui rendent le séjour encore plus pratique, surtout pour plusieurs jours. La propreté était irréprochable et le service de chambre quotidien était toujours soigné et efficace. Nous avons séjourné pendant la période du Ramadan, et l’hôtel a fait preuve d’une grande attention : nous avons pu recevoir notre petit-déjeuner directement en chambre le matin, ce qui a été un vrai plus et montre à quel point le service est pensé pour le confort des clients. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et la qualité des services proposés. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Impressionnant par le silence dans les chambres, aucun bruit intérieur, extérieur, de chasse d'eau ou de canalisation. Avec des lits très confortables, parfait pour un repose de qualité. Petit déjeuner varié, sans originalité particulière. Pas possible d'avoir la chambre faite le matin, c’est dommage. Joli rooftop avec bar et piscine, très agréable. Un peu loin à pied du métro Dubai internet city, prévoir un petit quart d'heure mais c’est faisable facilement, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à Dubai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than just a hotel: A true support system in times of crisis We arrived at Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments on February 28th, 2026, during an extremely difficult time. Due to the conflict that erupted in the Gulf, our flight home was suspended, leaving us stranded in Dubai on the very day we had checked out of our previous accommodation. Although we were exhausted and filled with uncertainty, the team here welcomed us with a warmth and professionalism that immediately gave us the sense of security we so desperately needed. What truly made a difference for us: Empathy and Efficiency: Our Booking reservation was processed instantly, and the front desk did everything possible to get us into a room as quickly as possible, understanding the urgency of our situation. An Incredible Act of Generosity: After our first 3 days with breakfast included, we decided to opt-out of breakfast for the following 4 days to better manage the unforeseen costs of our extended stay. To our surprise and deepest gratitude, the hotel management decided to continue providing it to us for free as a gesture of solidarity. This meant the world to us during such a stressful time. Impeccable Conditions: The apartment was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed to feel "at home" despite the tense circumstances. Special Thanks: I would like to specifically highlight the professionalism of the Front Office team, especially Thiri, Shamsul, George, and Helen, for their calm, kindness, and efficiency in handling our situation. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the entire staff: The Restaurant Team, for their hospitality and the generous gesture regarding our breakfast. The Housekeeping Team, for their discretion and for keeping our room in exemplary condition throughout our stay. All the employees we didn't get to meet by name, but who contributed to our safety and comfort. We didn't take any photos during those days, as our entire focus was on safety and finding a way back home, but the memory of the kindness shown by everyone at Grand Heights will stay with us forever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not just for luxury and comfort, but for a place where guests are treated, above all, with great humanity.

I stayed at Grand Heights for one week and really enjoyed my time there. The rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable, while the staff is consistently polite and helpful. Breakfasts are tasty, good value, and always a nice start to the morning. Special thanks go to Gonzaga, Mohammed, Michael, Augustine, and Jeline — their kindness and willingness to help made my stay even better. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that no rooms were available. Not only our family, but 3 families were affected and left without proper accommodation. What made the situation worse was the behavior of some reception staff. One Sri Lankan staff member at the reception was especially rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping guests, the attitude shown was very unprofessional and unacceptable. A hotel should respect confirmed reservations and treat guests politely, especially after long travel. This experience completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and lack of proper management.

I would like to sincerely thank Arjun HouseKeeping for his outstanding service. He paid great attention to cleanliness and ensured everything was always well maintained. His professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent — clean, well organized, and very welcoming. I had a very good experience staying here. Augustine, Agustine, Niranjan, John, and Helen were very friendly and supportive during my stay. They were always helpful and made the environment comfortable and welcoming. The place was clean, well organized, and I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel che ha un'ottima posizione abbastanza vicina alla metrò camere molto ampie e pulite unica pecca poco dotato di stoviglie noi eravamo in tre e vi erano solo due piatti due bicchieri , una pentola senza scolapasta , ma grazie a Shamsul abbiamo ricevuto l'occorente necessario un un batter baleno persona squisita e disponibile in qualunque momento
