An excellent Ramadan breakfast experience. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, with a welcoming and professional team. The Ramadan breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and high-quality food, all beautifully presented. Special thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for the delicious flavors and attention to detail. Also appreciated the outstanding service and warm hospitality from all the restaurant staff. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is conviently located, close to Al Mubarikya, Assima Mall as well to Shaheed parks. Super clean hotel with all necessary facilities. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful especially Mr Sanjaya. Also the team who service breakfast are friendly too The hotel check in is at 17th floor. I highly recommend this hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Majestic Hotel in Kuwait. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area. The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Sanjay, who was extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. By luck, we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly humble, kind, and generous with us. He took the time to listen to our feedback, which made us feel truly valued as guests. This personal touch made our stay even more special. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future. We had an amazing experience! The party was wonderful, and the food prepared by the chefs was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly organized, and the hotel team did a fantastic job. A big thank you to Chef Sam, Chef Cecil, and the entire team for making our time so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Pros: -The location is great. -The view is amazing — you’re surrounded by skyscrapers, city / sea view. -Staff are friendly, cooperative, and respond very quickly to any request. -The hotel is clean. -Check‑in and check‑out procedures are very quick. -The room is spacious. -Breakfast is tasty. -Flexible check‑in and check‑out times. .. Cons: -The TV is not a smart TV. -The bed is small and not comfortable enough. -From time to time, food odors can be smelled, especially on the upper floors. -There is no heating during cold winter nights — the AC keeps running even when it’s cold. -The shower area slope is incorrect, causing water to flow outside the shower area. -The price is slightly high. .. Improvement Areas (Not Considered Cons): -There are many open parking spaces around the hotel, but it would be great if the hotel could manage one of these areas as an official hotel parking lot. -The dining area needs to be expanded to accommodate more guests. -The number of power sockets is not enough. -Hot water takes time to arrive — it’s not instant, so this should be improved.

I felt very Comfortable There... * House keeping services are Soo good and the staff Mr. Baktha who is so respectful and cleaning our rooms in a perfect way👏🏻👏🏻 * The Drivers Who Drop us daily in Hospital are Soo good and They have Safe Driving skills and behaved with us Nicely includes Mr Ranjith, Mr.Kulvindh Singh, Mr. Akbar...Hats Off To Them For Their Kindness And Their Caring Over All Staffs.. I really Enjoyed the Hotel Days that 3 months are very blessed in that Kuwait city.. Nowadays it's One of the missing moments... that early morning sunrise and the beach view.. everything gives freshness and felt so calmful days daily... *All Staffs in Reception are Too good in welcoming with their warm smile and they always respond us in a proper manner and if we asked about any doubts are help they responded within sometimes and sort out that problems They all Are Too Nice... *That one more brother in the ground floor reception Mr.Raju who behaves nicely and always helps us in taking our luggages and greeting us with a smile whenever we enter or exit from the hotel That welcoming Smile Felt Good Inside Us...

Whatever issue you have, they handle it immediately with a professional and friendly attitude. My wife and I did not stay at the hotel but we came here for a Christmas Dinner with friends. The food and the service were great and worth the money. Definitely will return next year if they serve Christmas Dinner again and we’re looking into coming back for the new year!

I stayed at the Grand Majestic Hotel for three months and had an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, well organized, and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. I sincerely appreciate the transportation drivers—Brother Ranjit, Brother Singh, and Brother Asraf—for always ensuring safe, kind, and respectful service. My heartfelt thanks also go to the reception team: Brother Ravi, Krisha, Melissa, Yamon, Vinod, and Ridham for their professionalism, support, and warm hospitality. I am also grateful to the cleaning department and all the security staff (even though I do not know all their names) for their dedication, kindness, and excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was excellent, and the food quality was very good, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Upon arrival, I was initially assigned a connecting room, which did not meet my preference. After informing the reception, the staff responded promptly and professionally, and within less than ten minutes, I was moved to a larger, non-connecting room with a better view. This truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. I would like to thank the entire team for their kindness, cooperation, and warm hospitality. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait.
