The Grand Hotel Multan truly impressed me. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the bathroom was shining clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room was quiet, which helped me sleep really well after a long day. No noise issues at all. The location is central and convenient, close to important areas of the city. Staff was respectful and always ready to assist. Everything felt organized and well managed. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Last month we visited Multan and stayed for few days, searching a good hotel with family is itself a big task, one of my friend once told me about this hotel so we took a chance and my god, it was worth every penny. I mean first of all its already economical , the rooms are spacious and we took their rent car facility which turned out so smooth. The staff is polite and cooperative as well.

I booked this hotel online for my two guests, and it was their first experience in Punjab. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing and honestly embarrassing for me as a host. The hotel looked completely different in reality compared to the pictures shown online. I had already booked and paid in advance, but to be safe, I called the hotel before arrival. Shockingly, they refused to acknowledge my booking and said they didn’t have any record of it—even though I had a confirmation number and contact details from the booking email. They told me to book again upon arrival, which forced me to pay again. The service was very poor. The room condition was bad and not clean at all. The bedsheets were stained, and when my guests requested a change, the staff completely refused, which is highly unethical. The washroom did not even have basic amenities like handwash or soap. This whole situation made me feel extremely sorry for my guests and ashamed that I chose this hotel just by trusting online photos. It was honestly ridiculous and unacceptable. Sharminda karwa diya. Even the breakfast was poorly managed—no proper arrangement, not even a table to sit at. This is a hospitality business; basic standards should be maintained at the very least. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience overall. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place.

I stayed here for one night and the experience was bad. There is no proper parking and the car has to be parked under a bridge. They told me the room price was 3000 PKR but charged 4000 PKR. The washroom light was not working and the towel was dirty. Basic things were missing. The staff was very unresponsive and even simple requests took a long time. The WiFi does not work at all. They claim hot water comes after 10 minutes but it never does and it is only available in the morning. Staying here was a mistake and it feels like they take advantage of patients because the hospital is nearby. There is no wheelchair access only stairs.

Very Disappointed We stayed at The Grand Hotel Multan with our family for one night. The room rent was paid in advance, but later the duty staff was changed. Despite this, we were not provided with basic amenities such as towels or soap. The staff promised a complimentary breakfast; however, in the morning we were informed that the breakfast time was from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and when we arrived at 10:30 a.m., they refused to serve it. Moreover, we were not informed about the breakfast timing the previous night. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Good hotel for the price. The environment was peaceful and check-in was smooth, but there is still room for improvement in room maintenance and amenities. Still a suitable option for travelers visiting Multan.

They asked 4500 for a room with 2 singlebeds. Which quite high for hotel who doesn't have car and bike parking space. If you happen to have a transport you have park in the road, no security to it. There breakfast is from Quetta hotel below. Which is 1 tea cup & paratha & 1 egg. That is quite pathetic. At night you it's hard to sleep because hotel happen to be right on the main road. Bathroom were dirty. Only bed were average. Dirty blanket too. 2000 to 3000 should be there room price.

What a pathetic place . I just booked hotel after seeing images at Google. They have photoshopped the images and all dummy posting. See my videos and pictures I have posted . I can't stay for an hour in the hotel. Air-conditioned was continuously making noise. Springs are coming out from mattress. I need to remove TV electric connection to connect my mobile. It's not even 1 star hotel.
