Grand Cinemas

I visited Grand Cinemas Hawally today, and overall it turned out to be a really good experience. Initially, I had booked my tickets online for Grand Cinemas Hamra by mistake, but I accidentally went to the Hawally branch instead. At first, I was worried about the situation, but the staff handled it very professionally and changed the tickets without any hassle. Their customer service was impressive and made the experience stress-free. The theatre itself is located in the basement, and the entire space is huge and beautifully designed. The architecture and interior setup looked amazing and gave a premium feel. Everything was very clean, neat, and well maintained. There is also a food court inside, which adds extra convenience for moviegoers. I watched Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu in 2D on Screen No. 3. The movie experience was enjoyable. The seats were normal and not recliner type, but they were still comfortable enough for watching the film. The visual quality and screen clarity were very good, which made the movie more immersive. The sound quality was also decent. Talking about the movie itself, the story was engaging and entertaining. Overall, it was a pleasant cinema experience with good service, excellent ambience, and quality visuals. I had a great time and would definitely visit again in the future.

Fabulous n mesmerizing experience watching AVATAR. Place is ultra luxury feeling with great n modern look decor. Loved the lighting placement. Only remark is the cost of eatables. 100 fils pepsi cost 800 fils. Mind blowing 700% profit. That should be checked and revised by ministry same way they are regulating prices in the shops and groceries

It is excellent cinema i love it this first time I come i really enjoyed watching film this is our film inshallah we will come back soon

The G-class cinema offers an excellent experience for watching movies in a very comfortable setting. The seats are large and comfy, and you can almost turn the seat into a bed to lie down and watch. You get complimentary dessert, water and a blanket. Normally the first row is not ideal but in this cinema, I didn't have any inconvenience watching from the first row.

I had the worst experience ever so first at like 7 AM I booked two tickets to the movie at 5 PM and guess what I paid and they didn’t give me any evidence of my seat ticket or what seats I’m sitting in. It took my money and I didn’t like give me the tickets to the seat the online booking reservation thing I tried calling their number several times they wouldn’t answer. It took 7K for me. I booked two seats and it it unreserved the seats that I didn’t even get evidence or like tickets for and I just need them to fix the website and when I went there, it was pretty hard for us to communicate and stuff because they didn’t want apparently I don’t think they wanted to give me a seat even though I had credit card proof the movie was nice. I eventually got the tickets. The movie was nice and the food was good but this but but the way of getting tickets absolutely ridiculous never come here bye

We had an amazing experience. This cinema offers only one theatre with Dolby Atoms. Seats were good. Had caramel Popcorn which was good as well. And Of course the sounds coming from all directions including the overhead speakers were simply amazing. Will definitely book again. Ticket price (3.5 KD). We passed by a small exhibition that displays old movies posters which were played decades ago in the old Andalus cinema.

It was our first ever VIP experience with Grand Cinema and I must say it’s worth a mention. The avid difference between VIP and normal class is the recliners and the blanket. You can place your food/beverage order prior to entering the theatre and one of the staff will deliver it to your seats. They provide complimentary cookies and water bottle. PS: Do not attempt to go for a late night show during the week, you might end up sleeping…that’s what happened to us 😅 Yes it’s that cosy!

تجربة ممتازة سأكررها بلا شك، السينما فعلاً حديثة و لم تكن مزدحمة نهائياً، و المأكولات لذيذة و متميزة و ذات جودة كنوعية الفشار و ساندويش النقانق و طبق الناتشوز ، دورة المياه نظيفة جداً و معداتها جديدة، أتمنى التقدم و الاستمرار بهذه الخدمة الجيدة. نصيحة واحدة أتمنى الأخذ بها و هي العمل أكثر على تطوير التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص بهذه السينما .

السينما روعه من الاثاث والديكورات ، ودخلت صالة السينما رقم 8 حقيقه الكراسي مريحه وعند العرض تحس بشعور كأن شاشة السينما لك بروحك يعني مستوى الكراسي مقابل الشاشه ممتازه ، لكن للاسف ما عجبني النفيش ، لاني افضل نفيش سنسكيب ، لكن بشكل عام كل شي عندهم حلو ومرنب

سينما جي كلاس كانت رائعة عند الحجز يتم تقديم بطانية ومياه معدنية وحلو ماكرون. اعجبتني مواصفات الكرسي والشاشة والأضاءة الليلية.

I had a very bad experience with “john” we’ve been waiting for like 20 mins & infront of us maybe 6 persons, they were very late doing their work + when we arrived we told “john” our order & we were in a hurry because the movie started! He said “no need to buy food then if you are in a hurry.” 🫠🫠🫠

سينما زحمتها أقل ممتازه للي ما يحبون الزحمه وبرا في كافيهات ومطاعم بجانب مجمع المهلب

Kind of below average, we spent an entire hour waiting for the concession stand and the food was lacking, it felt more like what they serve at Cinescape. The screens were decent, not as good as the Dolby screens at 360’s Cinescape, but good overall. The seats were not really that comfortable and I wouldn’t recommend going here unless it’s the middle of the week and it’s not overly crowded.

Not that great. The standard theaters are below average. The poor quality screens, the uncomfortable seats, long snacks queues.. nothing was even okay. Considering the rush, they should have had more staffs in the snacks counter. Even the seating chart, when booking online, was wrong which caused us to book too close to the screen (which we werent aiming for). Considering how ‘new’ it is compared to the old ones, the experience was excruciatingly disappointing. We went to watch superman and let’s say it wasn’t vibing. Left a really bad taste. Definitely wont be going there.

The most luxurious movie theater I never knew I needed. A live violinist performing, free samples of perfume given out, immaculate movie theater with cozy seating.....and the food-yum.
