I stayed with my wife at Grand Astoria Hotel for 3 days. We had an excellent experience! We loved the taste and quality of food. The hotel was very well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the the treatment provided by the entire staff of the hotel including the manager, Mr. Alankar. They were all very warm, always greeted with a smile, and were available at every step of the way to make the stay comfortable for us. The hotel is also located in a prime area, and accessible to shopping, activities, and experiences. This was my second time at the property and would definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Great stay and excellent service!! I stayed at this hotel for 1 day and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all basic amenities were provided. The overall ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making the stay relaxing. A special mention to the receptionist Sandesh - he was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. From smooth check-in to addressing queries promptly, his hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

This hotel is excellent, with great service and very friendly staff. The team works with genuine care and dedication in every area. I really like the atmosphere, and the receptionists are especially welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Sanclesh for his friendly nature and the way he handles customers so well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4.5/5 – Good Stay Experience We had a very good stay at Grand Astoria Hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. We booked the stay with breakfast through Agoda, and it was truly value for money. The hotel is located in Meena Bazaar, Bur Dubai, which is a central and convenient area. From here, you can easily travel anywhere in Dubai. The bus station is about 3 minutes walking distance, and the metro station is around 5 minutes away, which makes transportation very easy. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping service was good and regular. The staff were well behaved, polite, helpful, and supportive during our stay. Breakfast quality was good, and there was no compromise in food quality. The kitchen service was satisfactory, and we were happy with the meals provided. Overall, it was a good experience. I would rate Grand Astoria Hotel 4.5 out of 5 and recommend it for anyone looking for a good location, clean rooms, and value for money stay in Dubai.

Comfortable stay, good hotel with all the amenities. Situated in the main market and walking distance from the al seef and historical neighborhood. Food is also good, taste is keeping indians in mind. Overall, really enjoyed our time there

My experience at Grand Astoria Hotel was very bad. They mentioned that parking was free, but the night security guard behaved very badly. He was asking for money to give parking; otherwise, he kept telling guests to wait until a parking space became available. I waited almost 2 hours, and my food got cold. He only gave me parking after I paid him something. Very bad behavior. 😞 Also, the receptionist during the daytime does not speak politely with guests. The room had a smoking smell even though I clearly requested a non-smoking room while booking. There were no tissues in the room, and there was noise all night from other rooms. There were many other issues as well. The washroom only had cold water — there was no hot water option. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I had booked the hotel for 24 hours, but I left after only 15 hours.

* cheaper room rates its a flip as well as the location. * reasonable room for its price but .. the problem the AC has aloud airflow sound, we are couple and have a friend who wants to see the room we are having and didnt know it'll cost additional on my check out bill or was it for my late registration for other amenities you have to pay for additional like the other complementary stuffs like slippers etc and the shower drainage is blocked 🤦🏻‍♀️. * since we are near the elevator you can hear the loud voices of people but since the ac has loud airflow its a flop for me. *Next time clear the additional fees etc

The location is best for desi food lovers. And I stayed on 2nd floor. But they provide you shaving kit on 2 dirham and tooth paste in 1 dirham that is no issue overall it is best. A plenty of clubs available there.

Wonderful and unexpected service by all staff. Prompt attention given by Mr Shaud and housekeeping manager for all our special requests. Housekeeping manager bought for us specially a table frm market for bathing as mom has health issues. Really thankful and grateful forever 🙏 Food is tasty, upto the mark, bombay style, hygienic and plenty to suffice all the customers. Chefs Mr Jitu and Mathew are excellent in cooking vegetarian and gujju food. Inspite of so many clubs, the hotel has maintained peaceful and graceful atmosphere just suitable for family stay. Water given free of cost. Cleaning and sanity upto the mark. Only thing is A.C which needs to be regulated as in our room it was as damn cool inspite of switching off our room A.C

We had a pleasant stay at the Grand Astoria Hotel, Dubai. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and very accessible to the nearby market. Breakfast was good with a nice Indian touch, which we really appreciated. Special mention to Mr. Deepak for his excellent service — truly top-notch and made our experience even better.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand Astoria Hotel during Valentine’s day. Everything was good; we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place is clean, nice, and well-maintained, and the staff were generally polite and accommodating. The only issue we experienced was with the parking. We were informed that there were no available slots, which we understood, but when we asked about it and waited for a few minutes, the guard on duty that night spoke to us loudly and said we were being rude, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Also, last night when we parked our car, it did not have any scratch on the driver’s side door. When we got home, we noticed a scratch there. We did not have any accident or situation that could have caused it, and it is obvious that it was not accidental. This situation, together with the guard’s attitude toward us, was disappointing and left us with a negative impression.

The location is awesome,The room service is awesome, all staff is all good and polite… the best thing is food in hotel was awsome.. front office desk staff Mr Sandesh was very help full.. WHEREVER WE CAME BACK TO DUBAI habibi we stay in same hotel l.. very nice

It was a very bitter experience this morning during breakfast. Many guests were waiting for basic breakfast items such as omelets, chicken sausages, hash potatoes, and fruits. Unfortunately, except for bread and buns, nothing else was available for a considerable period. The most disappointing aspect was the response from the kitchen supervisor, Mr. Joy. When I raised the concern, his reply was in an inappropriate tone, stating that it was “not his mistake” and that there was “no cook available.” This is certainly not an acceptable response in the hospitality industry, especially when dealing with guests. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, the food that was eventually served was below standard — the omelet was burnt and the sausages were undercooked. This further added to the frustration. Astoria was once a very well-known and respected hotel, and I have been an old and regular guest. However, during this stay, I noticed several issues, including continuous noise disturbance from the bar, which severely affected my sleep. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service standards during this visit. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards restoring the quality of service that Astoria was previously known for.

My three days at the Grand Astoria Hotel were made even more enjoyable by the warm smiles and hospitality of the friendly Sandesh and Shawn. The hotel has been renovated, so it's clean, with plenty of hot water and a decent breakfast. With numerous train stations and buses nearby, I was able to easily visit the Dubai Mall and Palm Jumeirah. I highly recommend this value-for-money hotel.

BELL BOYS EXTREMELY AT PAR WITH REGARD TO SERVICE STANDARD , DEEPAK BELL BOY ALWAYS IN THE FOREFRONT DOING HIS LEVEL BEST. I 'LL BE BACK SOON WITH THE FAMILY. KEEP IT UP ASTORIA.
