1. You have wait for an hour for your delivery. Sometimes you have re-remind them about it. 2. They still forget one or other item. 3. Usually send the card machine which doesn't work. And if their machine doesn't work than rathar than giving the delivery to the customer and getting another card machine, they prefer taking away the order back with them. 4. If you complain about any of these, their response is VERY RUDE. Left very unpleasant experience. Taking my business away from Grandex to some other professional Super market.

New supermarket in the ground floor of BayGate tower close to Bo Saloon. Sells essential items, soft drinks, fruits and fresh food. They deliver stuff to offices and homes nearby. The tea and smoke corner of the supermarket is quite popular whereas the quality of the food in the fresh food corner is below par and seems high priced compared to food from Spinneys nearby.

I went buy a black coffee with sugar and lemon in it. Staff didn’t put lemon and sugar. It was bitter Today is 5 th time same staff did this. Very bad

I've had a very disappointing experience with The Grocery. The customer service is extremely bad, especially on WhatsApp. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They consistently fail to deliver on time, and when they do arrive early, they refuse to wait even for a minute. Their attitude is unacceptable and makes the shopping experience very unpleasant. I do not recommend using their services.

Big assortment of products. Value for money is OK. The outside area is quite dirty, unacceptable for such a nice location (full of flies, table and chairs are outdated and not in a good condition).

These guys try to sell, expired cakes and snacks to customers. I thought the first time was a mistake but this was the second time, the samosa was re-fried in oil and tasted old, the cake I returned today tasted horrible and got a refund. No apology no nothing. The cashier dude was kinda ashamed. Stay away from buying food.
