I shop here 5 times a week, I love it yet I really hope the management speak to the security guy. Today Friday the 27 (Saturday 28th of March) the shop closes at 01:00AM. I walked in at 12:57 and it happened that the security saw me; though he didn’t spot the other people entering before me (you may check the CCTV cameras) and gave me an attitude of how am not walking in though I explained that there was other people entering he just didn’t spot them. He later on gave further attitude about how he’s going to be fined if he let me in. On this day I didn’t walk in Grandoise for my regular purchases and I really hope the management would take action regarding this. If the shop closes at 1:00AM then close at 1:00AM don’t allow ANYONE to walk in and no need to give attitude to the “loyal” client that always passes by just because you spotted them.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the cashier service at the supermarket. Unfortunately, the service is extremely slow and poorly organized, causing long delays at checkout even during non-busy hours. Additionally, the customer service attitude lacks professionalism and courtesy, and there seems to be little effort to improve efficiency or enhance the shopping experience. I hope the management reviews the current process and provides proper staff training to improve service speed and overall customer satisfaction.

Good evening, Sir or Madam I just want to share some incident happen on 2025 December 16th Tuesday afternoon I visit Grandiose and from my pocket 100 dirhams lost, and I’m pretty sure it is fall down in front of the counter . And I was searching for it from the Gym one guy he told me that he handover to the cashier. When I go and ask her around 5:30 she told me that she gave to my friend and I don’t have any friends there at that moment . Actually, it is not about money. It is all about honesty. But it’s really very bad attitude and behavior why she need to lie to me that she gives to my friend. So please give proper training for the staff when you are putting somebody in the counter . I’m a regular customer. And most of them the staffs are really, very good. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Found everything I wanted, but before the checkout I saw a juice bottle and it says buy it and get a chance to win labubu, so I did just for fun, and after I paid I got informed that this offer is no longer available as they don’t have labubu anymore, I don’t really need it and as I said I got it just for fun and try my luck It’s really disappointing that one of my fav places is doing false and fake marketing just to sell a product Please if you cannot stand by your words and offer what you’ve promised then please just remove the signages

I’ve visited almost every Grandiose in Dubai. But had very bad experience in Grandiose Zabeel one of the cashier might be Nepali fair skin, skinny girl was very rude. She doesn’t know how to behave with the customer. I request the management to groom their staffs properly. Very unprofessional behavior. Will never visit Grandiose Zabeel. Thanks for the bad experience 🙏🏻

Came across this new chain when checking out the Zabeel car park of Dubai Mall. The fresh produce is surprisingly competitive (cheaper than Carrefour), the bakery too (croissants and Danish pastry's cost Dh 4). The other items are priced more like Waitrose. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cashier at the Exit could definitely do with more training. (Carry your own bags.) It's signposted as a supermarket, but is more of an upmarket grocery. I will call in at every opportunity to check out their fresh produce.

Ali the barista is the highlight of this store! Always a big smile, fast service and generally a really great guy to have a conversation with. Great store overall.

I was a regular customer with them. But simply their service at the cash register is a disaster. As soon as there are more than 3 people, the waiting time is super long. Otherwise the quality of the products, the prices, are very good.

“The experience was very disappointing. After ordering and receiving the food, we were shocked to be told that sharing dishes among guests was not allowed. This caused significant discomfort and embarrassment for everyone at the table. The situation escalated, and the guests decided to leave without eating, leaving the food untouched. While the restaurant manager eventually waived the bill as an apology, the damage was already done, and I was left feeling deeply embarrassed in front of my guests. Such policies need to be communicated clearly in advance to avoid ruining the experience for customers.”

Staff are just fine but as a regular customer spending hundreds every week it’s pretty sad to see that they have now implemented a rule that you will pay for a basic paper bowl. Not that 1 AED is an issue but it’s the principle of that and just shows what the mindset is management is pushing. Pretty sad and disappointing. Your attempt to safe 1 AED here and there will results in losing thousands from and greedy mindset. Terrible to say the least

The worst service ever, very bad customer service, bad communication skills. Everyday there is mistake in deliveries. They dint fix the issue. Empty promises. They gonna drive you crazy. Run away from them. There are better companies.

I recently had a disappointing experience ,I found the prices on the shelves to be significantly lower than what appeared on my bill. This happened on two different items. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, the response was a simple apology. This inconsistency left me feeling frustrated and questioning the reliability of their pricing system.

Якорный арендатор Марина Молл. Большой выбор фруктов, овощей. А еще у них есть отдел кулинарии, где продают очень много вкусной готовой еды. Цены чуть выше чем у конкурентов. Супермаркет считается премиум , будьте внимательны. Но здесь очень приятно находиться.
