Grandiose- Murjan, Jumeirah Beach Residences (Marsa), Dubai

3-4 days each time I m coming here and its a TRAFFIC Cuz second cashier lots of days is not working. Before a month this grocery was the best.

I got a coffee+croissant combo they have, when I went to the cashier they said oh to pay at combo offer you need to have our app!! I said wow no one told me that! so I tried to connect to their wifi, took some time, then I tried to download their app which because of very slow internet they have, it was going so slow, eventually my coffee was cold, and app was not downloading! so of course I left the coffee and left! such a waste of time for a cup of coffee!! **btw this is the smallest offer within other markets, in Spinneys you get a large fresh croissant with normal size coffee for AED 2 cheeper!**

A good supermarket with a good place to sit and eat, and of course the excellent security of this supermarket branch is the result of the extraordinary effort of a person who lurks like an eagle to surprise thieves and criminals. I have never seen anyone try so hard in my entire life to surprise thieves... He lurks like Sherlock Holmes behind the window... Despite all these cameras, he is the Sherlock Holmes of the 21st century who surprises thieves and criminals inside the supermarket by ambushing them. Because of this commando, I always feel safe here. He fights all the thieves and criminals alone. Thank you, young Sherlock Holmes. I have even seen him kindly check the baby stroller of children and babies many times, maybe the baby has stolen something or its mother has done it. He uses the principle of surprise well to prove himself. Thank you, Sherlock Holmes.

Grandiose is located at upper level of the street. For grocery items, I find it quite high priced as compared to nearby SAVA and other shops. Long queues also. However, Grandiose offer variety of cooked food and tables to eat inside, high quality fruit/veg choice, better selection of meat and fish. Their pork section (for non-muslims) mostly devoted to premium products, sausages, ready meat items, with less choice of basic frozen pork. Overall, good for tourists and short term guests in JBR buildings around

Very bad experienced!!! Very rude guy in the food section! Everyone is nice except this person, I don’t know what Nationality he is but he represents everyone in the store. Not a Filipino for sure. FYI - he was just chit chatting with his colleague. Brother you should not keep a customer waiting. Have you not taught at school to be a gentle man! You are the most rude person I’ve ever met in my 8 years in UAE. People like this should be taught a lesson “ Customer Service 101”

Ok grocery store, very friendly staff, food avenue is a great option for budget meals. However, I was sold rotten meat on several occasions (green and slimy) and usually the whole chickens and some mutton smell very off. Meat I bought at neighbouring stores do not have this issue.

At the begging Stuff was always kind and helpful but something has changed. your team who was selling flowers today are totally unprofessional. The guy can not work under pressure coz he has lots of orders for Mother’s Day so customers who comes directly is a nightmare for him! Not only he answered 3 times extremely rude to my questions but also he has decided completely ignore that I’m there. Any phrase that “sorry, you need to wait for 10 min or so “would work perfectly but he was just behaving like “You are unnecessary here and you better leave.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not work with people if you hate them

Great prices, fresh produce daily, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean too! It is relaxing to shop here. My favorite one stop shop for almost everything I need.

The cheese selections here are amazing. Try the sheep cheese truffle and the columbian mangoes are sweet. They also sell 3 dirham icecream that is absolutely perfect for the summer. The customer service is excellent so visit them

Rude lady in the food section i asked her to remove the box weight because im buying small piece of chicken But she answer No with an aggressive tone Instead of explaining to me that she cant do it or giving me other option like my food in a paper bag So unprofessional and rude

Unfortunately the staff do not honour the promotion items displayed In their promotions leaflet. Everytime I shop there I have to check the prices. Last night I bought sweetcorn x 3 promo and on the till they charged me 29 dhs!!!! Whats worse is the woman on the till continued to argue with me and say its for the big pack of sweetcorn tills. When it should be 10.95 that price. I SHOWED HER IN PRINT THE ACTIAL PRICE but she did not back down. She did not apogise once when she eventually realised her mistake and a huge queue had formed behind me whilst various staff ran around trying to get correct price. In the end they put another item ( ghee) to honour the promo price. Just now i bought some sugar x 4 at 10.95 each. They charged 12.50!!!! And eggs; same thing happened. Charged me 22.95 instead of 12.95. See pics. I find it ridiculous and quite unbelievable that this store does not adjust item prices according to promotions they advertise. I am left standing at till for 20 mins every time before anything is rectified. So please be warned and double check your prices because they don't care about ripping people off. And refunds is such a headache process. They clearly are not trained in customer services nor do they CARE!!!!

Grandiose is one of my favorite supermarkets in the UAE. The store is always clean and well-organized, and their selection of fresh products is excellent. The staff are polite and helpful, and checkout is always smooth. Prices are fair for the quality, and I really like how convenient it is to find everything I need in one place. Highly recommended for everyday shopping!

Good supermarket and good location but terrible optimization of checkout and payments. Very slow for a modern day supermarket.

I normally get food from Grandiose every single day! But the last time I got the mushroom soup I found this piece of plastic (in the second photo), then I complained to the employees and they said they will inform the kitchen. Then 2 weeks later I found a piece of plastic in the tabbouleh salad which I normally get everyday. I’m very disappointed. It seems like hygiene is not a priority here.
