Organic Foods & Café (Greens)

I purchased groceries from Organic Foods and Café (Emaar) and discovered a thrips infestation originating from the produce. Thrips are microscopic agricultural pests commonly associated with leafy greens and organic produce. The insects were present inside the food items at the time of purchase and subsequently migrated from the produce into the carry bag by the time I reached home. This indicates that the infestation occurred prior to checkout, not during storage at home. While I understand that organic produce can occasionally carry pests, standard food safety and quality control protocols require: • Proper inspection and washing of produce • Adequate pest management at storage and display areas • Clear segregation to prevent cross-contamination The presence of live pests transferring from food items into packaging reflects a quality control lapse and poses hygiene concerns for customers. I am sharing this feedback so corrective measures can be taken, particularly around produce handling, inspection, and pest prevention, to maintain the standards expected from a premium organic retailer.

Nestled in The Greens, this organic cafe is a true neighborhood gem. From the moment you step in, the warm, rustic ambiance and the inviting aroma of fresh, wholesome food create an instant sense of well-being.

I visited Organic Foods and Cafe for breakfast, and it was a delightful experience. The menu offered a variety of organic options, and the food was not only delicious but also fresh and wholesome. The cafe's commitment to organic ingredients was evident in every bite. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's a great place to not only shop for groceries but also enjoy a tasty and healthy meal. I highly recommend trying their breakfast options!

Good quality organic food . Supermarket and café. Good for a breakfast and lunch meal that is healthy and reasonably priced and clean

Fresh pork products here are better than Spinney’s. South African long sausage Borewors and dried meat Biltong are available too!

Clean food .. measured and paid as per the quantity taken on your plate.. choice of roast chicken salad grilled veggies pasta etc

A good collection of organic items in one place, prices aren't the best in town but the amount of organic items they have is definitely the best. Best shopping period in their stores will be in every third weekend of each month where you'll get 20% off on all items so better to take advantage of the discount especially if the shopping will be a lot. Also there is an organic cafe alongside the store.

Great grocery store in Dubai for organic fruits & vegetables, grass fed beef and wild caught fish. Good quality oils and ghee. Many organic, clean products throughout.

To be honest we have been going to this supermarket since 5 years ago and today was the worst day ever in the five years we have been buying all our groceries from, The manager Aly is the worst manager ever they shouted at me because I wanted to purchase something for 9.50 AED and they didn't have change for a note of 200 AED and I was asked that they don't want me to buy the cans because I don't have change to pay my bill!!!!!! It's a shame for the business owner to trust such a person with managing the supermarket while he is treating the clients the way he treated me and my wife, I AM NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I WILL SPREAD THIS REVIEW ON ALL PLATFORMS!!!!!!!!

I went there for a quick lunch. I grabbed different types of salad and grilled salmon. Simple taste and nutritious. They charge by weight and there are RTA parking in the front.

Been shopping here for a while but unable to create a loyalty program account and benefit from any of the discounts. The app doesn’t work to create my account, the browser doesn’t work, I even asked in store to create my account and they didn’t and advised to log out back in which didn’t work. What’s the point of advertising loyalty discounts when loyal clients can’t benefit from such discounts. Just for this, I’m considering not shopping there anymore.

Who lives in Dubai and wants your food to be healthy, you should visit it…

Good grocery store, there vegetable/fruit section doesn’t always have a great selection. They have some items such as beans, nuts etc. that are not packaged which gives you the option to use your own jars/produce bags (eliminates plastic bags).The bakery has gluten free products.

Had a great lunch here -very healthy food here. Quality salads - very nice indeed.

Big selection from all over the world of organic goods . The best in Dubai

It has been very disappointing dealing with Organic Café. A product was delivered with mold and already rotten just one week ago, and despite reporting it immediately, I’ve had to call and remind them every single day with no proper action taken. We also returned frozen items over three weeks ago, yet the refund/credit has still not been processed. The lack of follow-up and accountability is very frustrating, especially for a business that promotes health and quality!

Great selection of organic foods and products. Some of the prices are a bit fruity tho , a small bottle of castor oil was 46 AED compared to 16 in choitrams. So best to be selective

Delicious coffee and great staff. People should respect security in the parking.

The vegan pizza is out of this world. Will def come back The Tuesdays offer on pizzas is great !
