My Stay Was Disappointing
I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience during my stay. The pillow was extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the phone in the corridor rang continuously at excessive volumes, creating a significant disturbance throughout the night.
Plumbing and Room Conditions
The room had multiple plumbing issues. The water supply was unreliable, and the toilet’s flush mechanism was not functioning properly. The tap water had an unpleasant salty taste, rendering it unusable for drinking or basic needs. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the room itself had a stale, suffocating odor that made it difficult to stay comfortable.
Lack of Dining Facilities
The hotel offered no lunch or dinner service, forcing guests to rely on third-party delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato. While this might be acceptable in some circumstances, the plates provided by the hotel were not properly dried or cleaned, creating an unhygienic dining experience.
Air Conditioning Issues
The air conditioning unit was non-functional throughout my stay. I was forced to contact reception repeatedly to address this critical comfort issue, yet the problem was never resolved satisfactorily.
Final Verdict
I cannot recommend this hotel to any business traveler. The combination of maintenance failures (AC, plumbing), inadequate dining options, poor hygiene standards, and unresponsive management fall well short of expectations for commercial accommodations. I would strongly advise prospective guests to seek alternative options.
